Travelodge London Brent Cross

I had a wonderful stay at Travelodge! The staff were friendly and accommodating, making check-in smooth and easy.Mohit and Diana for letting me know how to go central London and for other things The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was also great, with easy access to nearby shops and transport. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming specially Mohit and Diana and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect, close to key attractions and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay!

I booked Two rooms for may parents and friends but I’m very disappointed with the service and unmanaged service not satisfactory answer.

First time at a Travelodge - always been a Premier Inn family - last minute concert in London and the Premier Inn was full so thought we would give a Travelodge a go. Arrived in a rush to get out to the Concert in Wembley asap. BIG MISTAKE. On arrival it felt very run down, the lift up to the room felt very dirty, the posters hanging off the frames in the lift. The room itself was small, the carpet had stains on, the bathroom had a previous occupants hair in the shower cubicle. Our Son with Autism had a room near to us, he didn't tell us until after leaving his was same and his TV also didn't work. There is WIFI for half an hour then expected to pay! In this day and age who doesn't offer FREE WIFI! So no TV for our Son and no WIFI. Our Toilet didn't flush, had to get the button just right angle. Soap dispenser was empty. Then the breakfast experience was quite possibly the worst dining experience I have ever been to! There was no food, I asked the lady if there was any food expected I was shouted at "THERE WILL BE MORE FOOD SOON NOW WAIT" literally a few beans and couple mushrooms. The continental area had 1 piece of bread, not even a butter sachet! Then the food came out and there was no plates, I asked the lady for a plate and was told we had to wait while they were washed as they don't have enough plates! The bacon looked like it was nearly raw, the hash browns were floppy, the sausages were soaked in fat, the plastic lids under the warmer had all cracks in them this cannot be hygienic! The Servers were placed on top of the lids under the warmer, one of our party burnt her finger. We did speak to the kitchen staff to be told "we are only doing our best" ??? I have since sent in a complaint to Travelodge about our experience at this hotel I have been advised I will receive breakfast refund but no room refund or any offer to compensate? I asked to have this escalated to be told it has been escalated to a Manager who agree our experience at this hotel doesn't need to be compensated. We have been offered a complimentary breakfast at an alternate hotel ! I have confirmed this wont be needed as its definitely back to Premier Inn for us. At £220 per room per night feel quite let down.

I stayed at travelodge in Brent Cross for 2 nights, to be honest I didn’t really expect to much so was pretty happy about my stay, room was clean and comfortable enough, food choices can be better and they can put more effort into that air condition system, the staff made the stay enjoyable more overall.

A wonderful night stay, the hotel was much bigger than I imagined, the Manager guyt on shift was very nice and helpful, explain me how to handle a situation about parking my car, the hotel is very convenient and cheap for this area.
