Chilworth Court is perfectly located in the middle of everything. Around 8 mins walk from Paddington Station, you can reach any of the major sites quite quickly. The hotel is true to the pics and even better in my opinion. Very clean and comfy. Be prepared though to order your own water or detergents for washing as those were not provided. Would I stay there again? 💯 Yes

廚房很大設備很齊，尤其是廚具很豐富。雖然提大箱子費勁的上二樓，但是總的來説，在英國自己弄吃的又豐富又便宜，不然一碗麪都是10英鎊以上，選擇公寓的意義就大了。

位置真的很棒，離帕丁頓車站非常近，附近很多吃的，離海德公園也不遠。 飯店整體看起來很新，但是被安排地下室的房間還是很不舒服，不知道是不是成員人數的關係。再來，全家六人，住宿兩晚下來，12次的洗澡，平均只有4人洗到「溫偏熱」的水，暖氣也是不太夠力。是一間不太可能回鍋的飯店。

房間和衞生都還可以，房費太貴

房間安靜，安全、工作人員挺熱情的，可以寄存行李。

設施不錯，距離海德公園步行五分鐘

The room was exceptional! I and my wife loved it! Everything was on point and the view from the window was so great! The prices were also very reasonable and there was no any hidden fee. We are really happy that we chose this hotel for our honey moon stay!

I strongly suggest not staying here. The room we stayed in was absolutely disgusting. Stained carpets, stained furniture, stained curtains, and dirty scratches all over the walls. It looks as if they haven’t serviced the room in YEARS. The AC unit filters are black and rained dust on us the entire stay. The electrical went out, and we also lost hot water the final day we stayed. This place is NOT like the photos advertised. Those photos were taken probably when everything was brand new. Do not stay here. I would find another hotel with joining rooms instead.

This apartment is in a great location close to Paddington Station. There are restaurants and stores close by. We received housekeeping services which I didn’t except. The apartment was clean but the bathroom could have used an extra clean. We also found food under the rug in the living room. The apartments are loud as previous comments have stated. We could hear the family below us in the morning and evening. However, that noise didn’t wake us or keep us up. The staff were all very nice. I couldn’t get the stove to turn on and the gentleman came up to help. When we couldn’t get it he called for help and we figured it out. I appreciated this. We also only had three towels and it was no problem to get us the extra one.

I stayed with my collegues at chillworthcourt and i want to thanks Mohamed receptionist , he was extremely professional and very helpful , and he is an asset for the company . Comfortable double bed -one of the best bed I slept in - great sleep and great location , the cleaning everyday ...overall pleasant stay

I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a better service accommodation building. I was simply blown away with the attention to detail when the facilities offered yet it feels and is operated like just like a hotel.

Arrived thinking I was going to luxury at the prices they charge, no one on reception but I discovered later the receptionist was actually cleaning, the apartment was def not like the website, if you check website there is one pic of a black granite kitchen, kitchen was horrible with cracked worktop and dirty looking and hob was disgusting also doors made of plywood and chipped, we had a coffee table that was so badly marked with glass ring marks I had to buy a tablecloth to cover it up, I complained to reception and asked to move to a better room, firstly I was told we would have to pay £400 more even though it was the same two bedrooms we had booked I told her we def would not be paying anymore as the accommodation was not satisfactory, anyway the rooms she showed us had the same issue as the one we were in, no information on the area and I asked for a map but she said they didn’t have any, receptionist should be able to meet and greet people and have ready info for tourists, the girl in question was lovely but the problems was not her fault, on our last morning the power went off three times this was reported to reception and he said there had been problems previously in that area, obviously this problem wasn’t rectified before we arrived, complained to *********** and Chilworth Court but haven’t had a satisfactory response as yet, I was so disappointed and didn’t expect to have to clean a 4* accommodation will not be returning. Fells like home in London. Great apartment, good location. It is located a few blocks from Paddington station and Hyde Park and very easy to get around. The apartment is New and very clean. It really made us fell like our home in London. We stayed the for a week and sure, it will be our choice in the future

Such an amazing place, so very high quality the location was second to non-and the service we received was impeccable. I stayed with my family and I would highly recommend this company on these apartments to anyone
