Good value hotel very well located right next to the tube. Room was small although we paid for a larger room. Bed was comfy and good shower. Air con was good but we had to ask for the fan to be activated centrally, twice. Room was extremely quiet and we were not bothered by the flight path overhead. Staff were friendly and helpful. Responded to our requests immediately. Breakfast great value and a reasonable choice. Ideal for a one night stay.

Fantastic price for one night. Stayed here for seeing Pink. Came at 11am, to see if we could check in early, as per website states. Only one room was ready. He pre-warned us that it was a basement room with no window. This was fine by us as we were just using this as a base, as we dropped out stuff off and headed straight out. Cleaner saw us head into our room, asked if we needed anything, and she gave us an extra towel. Never noticed we had no window, didn't affect us at all and would very happily have this room again.

I came here because the price was brilliant for one night and few mins walk from the train station. I got my room key in few mins Please come after 3 pm no early check-in. I was on the 5th Floor. The room was Brilliant nice bed with free water bottle. The shower was nice. I had Breakfast too. The staff were nice and friendly. I will come back again. Thank you to all the staff.

I wasn’t sure what to expect with a Hub Hotel, but I was really impressed with the level of comfort and service. A small room yes, but very modern with everything we needed. The staff and service was excellent from check in to check out. A nice lounge and breakfast area and although we faced quite a busy road, absolutely zero noise! Brilliantly quiet and cosy. The location is also excellent, 2 minutes to the Tube and 2 minutes from a really nice pub (Lily Langtree). We used this for a single night on a West End show trip with The Exhibition Road Festival, both were in easy reach from the tube station. We’ll definitely use this hotel again!

My stay was made unbearable due to issues with the air conditioning control in my room. You emphasize the modern and high-tech aspect of your hotel. However, throughout my stay, I never had control over the settings of the air conditioning unit in my room. The air conditioning would turn on whenever it wanted without my consent, and I couldn’t turn it off even when the button on my control panel was set to OFF. Each time, I had to call your staff, who only answered when they had the time. I had to renew my call three times before someone answered the phone. I would ask them to either turn on my air conditioning when it was too hot in my room or turn it off when it became freezing. I even experienced unwanted heating activations in the middle of the night, the smell making me think there was a fire in my room. It is misleading for you to highlight the high technology of your room equipment when the reality on the ground is quite different and also defective.

Great location, easy to find. Welcoming on arrival. Room was “cozy” but adequate, bed comfy and room facilities all good including shower. Whole place VERY clean and smart. Felt safe due to secure access cards everywhere. Quiet at night albeit the ventilation is a bit noisy until you get used to it. The A/C is good Breakfast great - and free tea/coffee in the restaurant / bar area at all times is a nice touch.

A friendly, relaxed vibe to this lovely hotel. I was in room 504 which although above a busy-ish road was utterly quiet. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and I had a really great night's sleep. The lobby had an easy-going feel to it with friendly staff. I'm almost reluctant to write this review as I'd like to keep it to myself! (but I promised the person on reception as I was so impressed)

I would definitely stay in this hotel again. Although it is a hub, and therefore bound to be small, our larger room had everything we needed for a short stay. I was particularly impressed by the size of our shower room in our larger room, and we had a window too. Breakfast was much better than I was expecting for just £7.00 each. Keycard access to the bedrooms meant we felt secure and relaxed.

Great location, comfortable and convenient. Two minutes walk from the underground. Room had everything we needed and the bed itself as found very comfortable and had a great nights sleep. Very affordable too for a night in london. Would recommend and would stay again if we needed to come back

Stayed one night whilst visiting Royal Albert Hall, easy to get to using tubes. RAH is only 4 stops on tube too. Clean comfortable well equipped room. Breakfast for £7 is a good option too - enough choice & well presented. Staff are very friendly & helpful (not always the case in London!). Will definitely use this Hub again.

My family sends people to Premier Inn because it is a 10-minute walk to their apartment. It is also a reasonable price for us to stay there and it is a nice place. People who worked here were all quite nice to us and helpful when we had questions.

Very nice above basic hotel in excellent location. Staff are welcoming and very service minded, especially front of house. a great place to stay if you want to be close to central london but still have the feeling of being in suburbia. Train/underground and buses 100m from the hotel and great access to and from Heathrow and Gatwick airports. lots of bars/restaurants close by.
