No hotwater shower at the first night (winter time), when asking when hotwater shower is available, counter service is not helpful… feeling not good… no clean up service… had breakfast at the first arrival day and dare to pay for outside breakfast days after…

È stato qualcosa di assurdo, e non c’entra niente la qualità / prezzo ma bensì un minimo di decoro che qualsiasi struttura debba avere. Nella camera non funzionava il termosifone ma c’era una stufetta da bagno che se la mettevi al massimo tirava fuori scintille. Il materasso era vissuto, molto…troppo. Ma il bagno è stato qualcosa di imbarazzante, un mix di silicone tra le giunture, un piatto doccia attappato, un soffione doccia incrostato e l’acqua calda che probabilmente per il piano alto non riusciva ad arrivare. Capelli non nostri e polvere a far da padrona alla stanza. La colazione è stata appena sufficiente, la seconda mattina una signora davvero cara e molto gentile si è ritrovata a servire 9 tavoli insieme e da sola, completamente sola anche in cucina…c’era solo lei. Dopo mezz’ora un cameriere che sembrava uno scappato di casa è arrivato ed ha iniziato a servire con il cappuccio della felpa sopra la testa come se fosse in hangover. È stato imbarazzante davvero. Posizione ottima, vista ottima, personale gentile o meglio quasi tutti. Il ragazzo alla reception molto gentile, la ragazza molto frustrata. Non torneremo mai più e non lo consiglio a nessuno.

Awful rooms, our room had a whole in the wall! Also the hotel offers a “full English breakfast” but all they offer is beans and eggs, never coming back here again!

Very small room, but very clean and had everything I needed.

Old and run-down, but kept clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast (eggs and beans) is included.

You get what you pay for - the location is really good, the staff is friendly and the breakfest is allright

The room was so small and very damaged, walls, ceiling, old damaged furniture shower room barely fit for one regular size person, very small. Nice people attending, left an belonging on reception area, when I come back it was gone and no one new about it.

Left waiting on arrival for check in, confirmed the desk was 24hour and was told it was. Got back late and nobody at the desk to let us in. Luckily the poor security of the hotel meant you could easily overcome the magnetic lock on the front door. Got up to the room and wanted a shower, no towel in one of the rooms, luckily a friend in another room had a spare so my other half and I had to share a towel so we would have a shower. After our shower we got into bed and I can honestly say I’ve never been more uncomfortable in a bed before. The springs were almost hanging out. Couple that with the fact I could here anything that happened on the floor above us. The single plug socket in the room, the dirty carpets, half the handles on the odd, chipped and generally broken furniture were missing, the bathroom so small a child would struggle to fit inside and the fact that the whole room felt like it was suffering from subsidence, I would suggest paying a bit extra elsewhere and not living like an Albanian prisoner for the time of your stay.

It was cheap i give it that but the bathtub falling apart, the walls dirty, fungus on showercurtain. Dust in the vents. No hairdryer as mentioned on the list, the drinkdispenser in the hall was empty of water and the people were not very friendly.

Doesn't look like anything has been updated in the past 50 years. Everything looks and smells terrible. I don't think it was actually unhygienic, but the decor and furnishings exuded a distinct grime-vibe. It would definitely be worth paying an extra £50 not to stay here

Noicy rooms with second hand woorn funitures and an incomfy bed. Room was really leaning and there were smells from the drainidge in the toilet-cube. Non-English with bad English skills made it difficult to understand them. Breakfest was of poor quality.
