Grosvenor House Suites

We were staying at this little hidden gem tucked away from Mayfair with my family in June The room was beautifully decorated giving you a home away home feel. The welcome plate amenities was a great surprise for both adults and child with lovely message to welcome us !! Dinner at the Atrium was a perfect place to enjoy a lovely yet quiet dinner Food was so delicious and beautifully presented . Breakfast was enjoyed in our room as room service was brought up and presented it just like home. The best finish was the complimentary transfer to o Eurostar for our next destination Paris. All in all I must say short but definitely sweet !! 5 stars experience from start to finish Definitely will be back again !

This was our first time staying at this elegant boutique hotel so honestly expectations were high, the room itself was spacious elegantly decorated (as you'd expect)! Comfy beds a large accessible bathroom delicious room service menu, everything you could possibly ask for in life (you'd think) but no the TV wasn't working which for a daughter who is blind with additional needs was a necessity! I can't fault the amazing staff though who tried everything to help sadly to no avail though, breakfast was everything too including a special birthday cheesecake for myself too! It was a luxurious stay but the broken tv spoiled it honestly in a hotel that size with a 5 star reputation I would have expected more......

Grosvenor House Suites is located in the Mayfair area of London - which at this time of year is doubly beautiful as Hyde Park’s trees start turning brown. Surrounded by architecturally stunning mansions and upper-end shoppes, the Suites luxury factor fits right in. But what set it apart from other places was the service. From the moment we walked in Robert and his concierge staff were immediately taking charge to make sure we would start relaxing after a long day of travel. Christina and Christian in the Front Lobby attended to all our needs and instead of making us wait at their counter, they showed us to a confortable seating area, brought us drinks and then checked us in. Truely a great start. But I have to mention the House Suite’s restaurant and staff. Our waiter Juran was kind, efficient attentive and a joy to talk with - which I apologize to his boss if we kept him a little too long at our table. The Breakfast menu attends to several palates and everything we ordered during our 11 day stay was served hot and fresh. I think I ate more Shakshuka at House Suites than I have in three years. Ultimately the suites are comfortable and clean. Housekeeping never let us down and we enjoyed our stay immensely. Thank you to all those we failed to mention. We’ll see you in the future! Iwould like to thanks grosvenor house especially Fernando he has always been nice to me bringing my food being a kind human being. The hotle overall is super nice and has a very nice vibe to it all of the staff are very nice. I would like to thank everyone for there nice service.

Stay in Grovesnor house suite ask for Nittin duty manager who can be a lot of assistance The hotel itself and people speak out for themselves including hospitality starting up from every member of their staff duty manager nittn, reception staff, very helpful concierge with in-house luxury car arrangements

This hotel was a major disappointment. We booked it through Amex Fine Hotels and Resorts, and it certainly did not belong in that category. The bathrooms are TINY and DARK. The rooms are old and seem more like storage units than luxury bedrooms. The service left much to be desired. Housekeeping failed to clean our rooms despite the fact that we were gone for 7 hours and requested cleaning. Overall, I would give this hotel 1 star and that’s only because it’s in a good location.

I have stayed at this hotel several times for its convenience and truly exceptional service, it used to be my favorite since 2016 and now I’m a titanium I Prefer member. My family’s next stay will be on June 28th and I wrote to them 20days ago asking if the hotel has a special offering for members on food and beverage consumption like many other hotel chains I stayed at as a titanium member. They could have just replied with a simple no we don’t, but no they just decided to ignore it completely. I didn’t get a reply until the moment. I read many comments here concerning same particular issue that IPrefer loyal members don’t really get any special privileges or treatment more than a walk in guest which is weird in the luxury hotels world. It’s a simple issue but 5 star hotels are all about little details. I felt from my last stay in Sep 23 that something has changed generally, but I really I wish my next stay will be as good as it used to be several years ago.

Great location, beautiful suite hotel with gorgeous decor and the fluffiest pillows. However, the rudeness of this one member of staff has acted as a dampener in our experience. Requesting an ID is mandate for any hotel, we get that, however passing a nasty comment on my ethnicity, just ad I’m a woman of colour, is highly unacceptable! The manager was patient and managed the situation well, however this shows the lack of ‘customer service training’ and arrogance of certain races which is so prevalent around us. I wouldn’t ever set foot in this place again.. I felt highly disrespected and hope stern action was taken against that lady.

Such a great location and the staff are absolutely lovely, they couldn't be more helpful and accomodating. Special thanks to the finest server Christian, who took such good care of us every morning in the beautiful dining area; he remembered everything we liked from day 1. He combined a professional approach with a relatable friendliness, effortlessly; he, along with other staff members, would truly would be the reason my group would return for another visit.
