Beautiful views and private. I would distinguish which unit you’re booking (East v West) as West is the unit actually facing the mountains.

This property was beyond our expectations. It is located in the otherworldly Alabama Hills nestled between the eastern Sierra Nevadas and the Inyo mountains. There are amazing opportunities for hiking including the stunning Mt. Whitney trail. We even took a day trip to Death Valley. The property abuts a cattle ranch and has views of the mountains from every direction. Lydia could not have been a more attentive host and the amenities were expertly curated. We are already planning our next stay. Thank you for four days in paradise.

This is an incredible, one-of-a-kind property. The host has an outstanding eye for design, and has created a gorgeous, serene, totally private and relaxing space on a larger ranch with so many cool details. Highlights were the unique layout and footprint of the space with a totally private bedroom and bathroom separated by a breezeway from the living room and kitchen and a powder room. Huge outdoor patio and deck area, with a magical outdoor bathtub that I loved soaking in at night under the stars. Super High-End finishes, gorgeous art, incredibly comfortable bed, luxurious shower, and well stocked kitchen. It's a great location for exploring the area... I spent the first day in Death Valley, the second day hiking in the Eastern Sierra, and the last day checking out the Alabama Hills which is right down the street. The host is very communicative and warm. Don't hesitate- this is an incredible place to stay!

Beautiful property, with incredibly unique decor. Loved even that the outdoors were decorated in art pieces of giraffes, lions etc. Loved our time in this property!

Amazing scenic property This property was amazing in so many ways. First off, the location is amazing, you have clear open field views in all directions with an incredible backdrop of Mount Whitney and the Sierras.The structures and lodging spaces are so unique to the last detail. The interior design work was beautiful, clean, and artistic. Highly recommended. If you want to get away to reset and completely surround yourself in peace and natural beauty, this is the place.

Another World Here... Another world here at the foot of the magestic Sierra Nevada range. Lydia has created her private enclave rich in artistic design, quality, and thoughtful amenities. The rentals are of striking modern design, private enough, and face towering Mt. Whitney, as does the firepit and outdoor bath. At dark the buddha on the deck lights up and so did we, spiritually speaking. Class, quietude, and we won't forget the superb sculptural managerie placed everywere imaginable. Bravo, Lydia, your property sings and is exceptionally unique.

Hiking Getaway This property is magical. Beautiful area, accommodations were the best I have ever experienced.

Beautiful Getaway The views facing the mountains make the the house feel totally remote. The house was cozy and welcoming on a cold winter night. A great place to relax in nature.

Amazing oasis surrounded by Nature We had the most amazing stay. Lydia was a great host, check in and check out process super easy. She gave us plenty of local recommendations. The place was stunning, perfect for a couple. Views of Mt Whitney at your door step and super quiet area. The outdoor bathtub to soak in and enjoy the sunset was one of our favourite parts. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.
