When I arrived, the front desk staff were sitting on the floor chatting with each other and talking to the gardener. They didn’t bother to get up to assist me with check-in. I’m not sure if this is the standard of this hotel. You can check the security camera you will see.

The hotel is far away from the city but pretty modern. The rooms are clean and sufficiently equipped. It is located next to the train tracks, but the noise from the trains is not very disturbing. The big surprise came at checkout. I had some nosebleeding after my shower. The staff came after me and demanded 500 THB for extra washing charges, insisting on payment. I have been living in Thailand for more than 30 years, but I have never seen that. Maybe I do not have a nosebleed every travel day, but for a small stain of fresh blood that can be washed out with warm water very easily, 500 THB? I paid the money with a smile, but 500 THB for that? Now I am not sure any more if they wash the bedsheet when a new guest arrives?

Hotel is new. Shower area floor is extremely slippery when wet. We stayed July 26 to August 6 ,no problem. When checking out we made reservation from August 10 to August 20. When arriving back at the hotel on August 10, we got room only until August 17, booking was not made or room given to someone else. We checked out on August 16 due to 3 days missing from reservation. I asked one day prepaid room rate back, they refused and made excuses that we have made room dirty and they had to clean it. I have lived last over 30 years at hotels around the world around 7-8 months every year. First time I am called dirty person. I felt cheated( which I actually was) Summary Hotel is nice, people working there need to improve a lot. I will never go into this hotel again.

New hotel opened approx 2 months. Rooms are modern and tv has YouTube and Netflix options which were helpful with children. Good friendly and helpful staff. Will be better when food is available within the hotel which staff said was planned.

Pour faire rapide, car nous avons déjà perdu trop de temps avec ces personnes Arrivée le soir dans notre chambre, nous sentons une désagréable odeur d’égout Fatigué on se met au lit Le lendemain matin on fait nos n petites affaires dand la salle de bain , et constatons que les wc s’évacuent très mal … En partant, nous croisons. Les femmes de chambres sur le palier à qui nous disons le problème Arrivée en bas à la réception les problèmes commencent On nous dit que nous avons bouché les wc , qu’il ne faut pas jeter de papier ( toilette ) dans le wc !!!!! Mais où les jeter alors ??? Par terre ?? Dans le lit ???? Bref on discute un moment et au final au laissé un billet de 500 Bath a la réceptionniste ,…. et lui faisant part bien sûr de notre fort mécontentement Il y avait en tout deux voitures clients sur le parking… À chacun sa manière pour faire de l’argent Ils
