Paradisus Los Cabos – Adults Only – All Inclusive

The property and beach were very nice but the service staff was lacking in the restaurant and the pool bartenders were rued.

We were in the reserve. Our concierge, Montse was amazing and helped with everything! We will be back👍❤️

Food was weak. Service at beach and pool good. Service elsewhere very spotty. They screwed up dinning reservations and some other things. Was initially given room with bad view which surprised me given my ******* status. They changed my room after I complained. Like LeBlon and some of the other resorts they try and get you to agree to hear a marketing pitch. This is really annoying. Like most resorts, the fitness center is far too small and very crowded. Nice location and scenic beach. I’ve been to Cabo a dozen times and even more to Cancun/Mayan Rivera. Overall, I find this to be an overrated resort.

The food is good. Especially at the reserve locations. Depending on what waiter you get service can be great or very slow. Rooms are clean along with all other facilities. I enjoy the night entertainment, but wish there was more seating.

The property was beautiful and well maintained. The front desk staff was less than helpful, and although we booked an ocean view junior suite, we were extremely disappointed when they put us in what was clearly a garden view room. They apologized and proceeded to tell me that was in fact their ocean view. If I walked to the patio, stood in the very right corner, and turned my head to the right, I might be able to catch a glimpse of the ocean. Beware when booking that room categories are not as described! I do hope ******* takes note of this and reevaluates room categories listed by Paradisus. After dealing with the rude front desk person upon returning from the garden room, we were finally able to speak to management who eventually made it right and gave us the room we thought we were getting. After an unpleasant start, we did enjoy the resort.

We went with our office staff as part of a rewards for hitting company goals. Our staff loved the resort, food, and amenities. Would definitely recommend

This was a last minute booking for me for the week after New Year's. To say that I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement. The restaurants and the service at this resort were absolutely top notch. I cannot recall a vacation with a more attentive staff. For dinner, the restaurants were all Manhattan quality. Breakfast and lunch where your typical resort fare. There were some nice-to-haves including ice cream and coffee bars located outside of the main lobby. The resort had a beautiful pool. Beautiful views. It's located about 10 mi from Cabo San Lucas which equates to about a $40 cab ride each way. This is much quieter than Cabo San Lucas. Tours and excursions will pick you up directly at the hotel. I do recommend booking in advance. It was an overall fabulous experience and very reasonably priced. I would come back here again in a heartbeat. The staff spoke English better than most Americans. Speaking a little Spanish and tipping really went a long way.

I recently stayed at Paradisus, and I'm compelled to share my experience to help others make informed decisions. Regrettably, this was far from the relaxing getaway I had anticipated. The overall service quality was remarkably poor. Firstly, our experience started on a sour note with the room we were initially given. Despite being termed an 'upgrade', the first room was far from satisfactory. The area outside the room had an unpleasant odor that also permeated the room itself, making our stay uncomfortable right from the start. We felt compelled to request a room change, which is not something guests should have to deal with, especially in a supposedly upscale hotel. Moreover, the food service was frustratingly slow. Meals routinely took upwards of 45 minutes to arrive, which is unacceptable, especially for a hotel of this stature. This was not limited to the main restaurant; even the food truck by the pool suffered from similar issues. Speaking of the pool, the lack of service there was particularly disappointing. There were no staff members available to take orders, and when we asked for assistance, we were unceremoniously told to fend for ourselves. The dining options were also severely limited. With only one restaurant available for lunch, guests have no choice but to wait, regardless of how long it takes for food to be served. This is compounded by the fact that if you don't have a reservation, your only alternative is room service, which is far from ideal.

The service here was the best I’ve received at an all inclusive. The food was really good. The resort was pretty quiet. Everything was clean and well maintained.
