Club Tenerife Apartments

Great value for what you pay, if you want 4 star pay 4 star prices. There are various small issues that need up dating but nothing to spoil your holiday. The apartments are large with everything you need and a large balcony, the pool is quite small but it was always quiet and there were always loungers any time of the day. The poolside par is really reasonable 5 bottles of dorada for 7.5 euro /coke 1.5/ zinger burger and chips 7.5. The shop next to the complex is as cheap as any other shop for everything and the bar next to it does full breakfast for 4.5 euro. The security are always around and he doesn’t get people turn off the music just turn it down so it doesn’t ruin everybody else’s holiday. Well impressed with los christianos lots of good bars and restaurants all at reasonable prices .we booked direct with the website and it was £500 for 7 nights in a large 1 bed pool view apartment. Would I go back, definitely

Absolutely horrible hotel, pool open until half 8 but not when the security guard is about he kicked us out at 7.45 and threatened to call the police on us if we didn't get out. Tried quietly playing cards on our balcony at 11pm, comes to balcony and shushed us. Tried playing music quietly in our room for shower etc. Security knocked on our door and told us to turn it off. No reception, no fun, no holiday vibe at all. Dont even think about having any kind of kids or fun at this hotel or you will be threatened with police or nowhere to stay. Absolute joke and worst hotel I ever stayed at. First night our bed was full with ants and they never offered us a new room or compensation or sorry or nothing. They changed the sheets and woke up in morning to ants all over living room table. Absolute disgrace. All staff are horrid.

We stayed for 11 days, nice clean appartment, quite a built up complex, was odd to open the curtains and see our nieghbour less than a few feet away. It felt like a mixture of owners and holiday lets. one of the nearby tenents was practicing the trumpet daily which got a bit annoying. One major letdown was that there was not nearly enough sunbeds, so certain clowns were there claiming their beds before the sun had even risen. The pool bar / cafe I couldn't fault, they did a lovely english breakfast up to 1pm. I would advise getting a key for the back gate from reception, which they supply for a deposit, as the front entrance faces the mountain and not the seafront or the strip. There is loads of free parking if you hire a car. One major complaint is that on the last day checkout was 10am. The cleaner knocked on our door at 9.20am and stayed there pressuring us until we vacated the room. I have been as honest as possible and to sum it up Would I go back...no. Do I regret staying there...no

Lovely apartments to stay in and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. The only downside was that there was no air con but we did know that before booking. The pool is cold but much needed in the hot weather. They do leave a fan in your room though which was a god send!

What a lovely holiday we had in club Tenerife, A very warm welcome from the receptionist Beya, We asked her several questions throughout our holiday regarding the island. She was very helpful and accommodating to our needs. Clean apartment comfortable beds. Pool was nice but Cold Onsite cafe bar was nice possibly a little overpriced Overall a lovely holiday and friendly staff

Last month I stayed for a few days at the Club Tenerife aparthotel, one of the company's hotels located in Los Cristianos, Tenerife, to spend holidays with my friend from Germany. It was the worst travel experience of my life. The hotel is very old, it seems they didnt made any maintenance for a long time, nor it has been cleaned properly. The apartments are poorly equipped, the staff is very unpleasant, they do not care at all about the guests. The reception was only open 8 hours a day and the receptionists were very unpleasant, the boss Beya was very rude, she was also poorly dressed and smelled bad. The other one, Natacha, seemed hysterical and it was impossible to say a single word to her. The apartment was poorly equipped, basic things like glasses, pans and pillows were missing, but what was not missing were cockroaches and ants. There was no toilet paper and there was no way to get any. When I asked one employee (from the way she shouted at the cleaners, she seemed like a boss of cleaning staff), she did not even look at me and continued talking on the phone. The hotel was half empty, but the people we met there seemed strange and unreliable. In short, the stay at the hotel was a horrible experience, absolutely to forget. And all this for an exorbitant price. I will never return to this hotel and will not recommend it to anyone. Nexus Leisure company and its owners should be ashamed of themselves for having such poor facilities and such rude workers. Luckily we found another aparthotel 200 meters away from this one, much cheaper, where I could continue our holiday in a pleasant environment.
