I had an extremely unpleasant experience with the reception and services at this establishment, and I feel compelled to write this review shortly after my arrival. Today, I arrived with some friends who were on a cycling holiday, and we were welcomed on a scorching hot summer day with temperatures in the high twenties. To our dismay, the reception staff made us wait outside in the blistering sun while they allocated our rooms. We endured over 30 minutes of discomfort, and they did not offer us the option to wait inside the lounge. The apartments were scattered across various buildings, adding to our confusion. The receptionist only spoke French and relied on Google Translate on her phone to communicate with us. The translated message instructed us to "go between the restaurant and the shop," but there were no further details provided regarding the name of the building or the location of the lifts. I ventured to the indicated area twice, but there were no signs or indications to guide me. Frustrated, I returned to the receptionist, who repeated the same instructions. On my next attempt, I asked for clarification, but her response was unclear. I even requested her assistance in person, but she declined, citing that she was alone at the desk. Eventually, we managed to find our rooms through trial and error. Upon entering the room, we were shocked to find that there were no sheets or towels provided. Moreover, there was no air conditioning or even a fan to alleviate the sweltering heat. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was non-functional. When I approached the reception once again, they handed me a large cloth bag containing linen and towels, stating that it was my responsibility to take them to the room since they did not arrange for their delivery. Inquiring about the lack of air conditioning, I was informed that there were no such amenities available. When I asked if they had fans, their response was equally disappointing—they simply did not have any. The reception staff displayed a blunt and indifferent attitude, showing no remorse for the absence of these basic necessities. Even when I suggested that measures should be taken to provide at least a fan given the intense heat, they flatly refused and advised me to open the windows instead. Furthermore, when I reported that the Wi-Fi was not functioning, they expressed their inability to resolve the issue, leaving me puzzled as to why they didn't have a solution in place. Considering the extensive wait we endured during check-in and the overall unhelpfulness of the reception staff, coupled with the poor treatment and lackluster service, I strongly advise against choosing this place for your stay.

Deux jours en formule confort (draps et ménage compris), ce qui permet de pleinement profiter du séjour. La qualité et le confort du logement sont vraiment appréciables. On reviendra !

Appartement 6 personnes réservé pour 5 personnes avec prestation hotellière. Toutefois, faire et défaire les lits, vider les poubelles et nettoyer la kitchenette restent à votre charge. Il est fortement recommandé de prendre un appartement d'une capacité supérieure au besoin. Mobilier rustique et solide en place depuis le départ. Les bémols: une TV petite, WIFI parfois non opérationnel, des lits jumeaux ou superposés dans la majorité des appartements, des sanitaires et salles de bain qui laissent souvent à désirer (murs tachés, poussière sur bouche vmc, ...). Des locataires de moins en moins respectueux, c'est possible. Un manque de soin et de suivi, c'est certain. Des efforts ont, néanmoins, été faits sur les menuiseries, certains appartements ont été repeints, c'est nécessaire. Un remplacement des radiateurs serait également à envisager. Le grand plus: des logements abordables au cœur d'un site exceptionnel avec tout le nécessaire à proximité et le départ d'activités multiples dans la magnifique vallée du Louron.
