“My stay was absolutely excellent! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The host was responsive, welcoming, and made check-in a breeze. I would highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay again.”

This was a quaint cottage with ample amenities that we adored. The pool was lovely and the grounds were immaculately landscaped. The location could not have been better as there was a biking/running trail right behind the facility plus a 10-minute jaunt to either Stites beach or to a Cape May proper parking lot. This was a treasure chest find so we will be back.

"Luxury Coastal Estate" reads the sign. It was anything but luxurious. Pics DO NOT represent the condition of the cottages on the INSIDE. They seem cheaply built, very run down with cheap repairs. Our cottage was over run by flies. Toilet seat and sink on wall loose and almost falling off. Tile in shower cracked and disgusting No coffee pods for coffee maker. No dish soap/towels for kitchen. Cabinet door hanging off. Septic smell coming up from sink drain. The cottage was for 3 person stay and was only 2 chairs, 2 mugs, 2 sets of towels. My husband stood up to eat. Could see many shortcuts taken by property to save (keep) money. Room not ready at 4 pm check-in. Reported the flies and bathroom problems to front desk staff and never heard back!? She just told us they are booked and cannot move us to another room... Very overpriced for the experience. Would not return. Felt robbed. These are proper owner issues. No reflection of property staff.

Cozy little bungalow. Was very comfortable and parking was great. The location was convenient, not too far of a drive to where we wanted to go.

Beautifully landscaped little cottages with a very pretty swimming pool tucked into a quiet stretch just outside Cape May city. The cottages are clean and airy with comfy beds, a helpful manager, and friendly staff. The property offers digital check-in but responds quickly to email and text questions. You'll be talking to an actual person not a bot. We can't stress enough the beauty of the flowers and trees and landscaping on this property. Gardeners and birders will love the setting as we did. The swimming pool is also clean and well cared for in a natural setting with cascading waterfall.

We ultimately enjoyed our stay at the Coastal Estate, which has a perfect location in Cape May, just a few minutes' drive away from anything. It was quiet and mostly clean, and it was the perfect size for 3 adults and 1 child. We absolutely loved the beautiful pool, which was never crowded and very comfortable and relaxing. We had one major problem, which was check-in, and that is why I'm giving this review 4 instead of 5 stars. On check-in day, I received an automated text that I would be receiving my check-in door code to our cottage by 4:00pm (check-in time) or earlier, and I did not receive it. I texted back asking for it, and got no response. I called the only number I could find (an 856 number) and was placed on hold several times as the person who answered it attempted to reach the front desk. They ultimately could not reach anyone and told me to go to the front desk when I arrived. We left the beach, hot and sandy, eager to check in, and arrived at the Office, which was locked. The lights were on but nobody was inside. I ended up calling the 856 number again, and was put on hold again, and then finally transferred to a man who answered and said he was just out back and would be right up to meet us at the Office. We waited for another 15-20 minutes. My cousin, who parked in the back lot, saw a couple of men looking at a fence on the property and asked if they worked there, and said her cousin was trying to reach somebody to check in. One of the men said he did speak to me on the phone. She told them I was still waiting out front, and then he decided to come up to the office. He never apologized to me. It took him a bit of time to find our reservation in their system, and then they gave us the door code. We walked over to our cottage and the key code didn't work. My mother-in-law went back to talk to him, and a couple more visits later he came back with new batteries and reset the code. Then it worked. It was very poor customer service and availability, and I felt it would be very difficult to reach anyone if we needed anything. The kitchen was well-stocked but the pots and pans were scratched, some cooking utensils were half-melted, and not everything appeared clean. However, we re-cleaned the dishes and made a couple of meals in the kitchen and enjoyed eating them on the porch. The bathroom sliding door was difficult to close and latch, but we were ultimately successful with a bit of force. Neither bedroom door closed. We were not given any extra towels (only 4) and no hand towels, so we used a washcloth (only 2 provided for 4 people) as a hand towel. The decor is cute and the lighting and AC and porch was perfect. The fridge & freezer were wonderful to have. The pillows were plentiful and the beds were very comfortable; we all slept well. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it, I just would make sure to know what to expect as far as service and availability and a few minor inconveniences. The price point is a lo
