Hotel muito bom, quarto grande com boa cama, limpo, muito bom pequeno almoço, funcionários muito simpáticos.

My sister and I spent 9 days at this hotel. The bed was comfortable although the level of cleanliness could be improved. It wasn't a major issue. Breakfast was good and some staff friendly. So all seemed to have been OK until we returned home. I found that one of my perfume bottles had been emptied. Someone appeared to have used a syringe to remove the perfume from the bottle and used a different cover so that it wasn't noticeable. See pictures attached. As soon as i realised this I messaged the hotel and within 10 minutes someone replied that their staff had denied any involvement. No proper investigation, just asking staff. They didn't seem to worry that someone amongst their staff members is stealing from their guests.... in a very professional way. So if you want to use this hotel, USE THE SAFE. Shame it's not big enough!

Stayed here twice, a total of 5 nights. Excellent comfort, amazing service and fantastic food and drinks. Loved the breakfast! Bathrooms had big luxurious showers. Highly recommend a happy hour gin and tonic on the patio by the pool. Customer service was incredible, very friendly and accommodating.

First time in Angola, so everything was new to me. Also no real expectation. Pleasantly surprised with the very helpful staff and smooth operations of the hotel. Lovely views from the 14th floor room, over the city to the "inner harbour" and the island beyond. Clean and comfortable rooms - and importantly two large bottles of water. Stayed overnight and had a good pool-side wedding anniversary dinner.

Very expensive and the neighborhood is too risky to walk. Took 30 minutes to get an overpriced beer. I travel frequently all over Africa and am not happy. Room is nice and clean as a positive but service sucks. Asked for an iron and got a horrible scratched up iron to use on my work clothes.

Located in the heart of the city a modern clean and well presented hotel with all the services a business traveller needs. Rooms were spacious with all the usual amenities you need. Breakfast and dinner were very good with fresh food options.

Excellent experience! Super good food, bar, breakfast, and room. Safe and high standards. Luxurious attention to the customer. 5 stars quality like some Hotels in EuropeI do not have. I recommend it very vividly to anybody coming to Luanda! A must.

Very clean, safe and close hotel to the center of Luanda, the price of the accommodation is expensive so that is why it’s good for business people but not for who they are coming to Angola for tourism for more than one week! The breakfast is good and close to the international standards.

I was a bit concerned about staying here based on some revelations, but I was pleasantly surprised. This hotel is clean and modern all around. The staff is provided and eager to please. The rooms are somewhat small, but have all of creature comforts. This hotel has a great location.

Nice hotel but i probably wouldn't go back. Rooms are nice if a little dark. I booked a double room and got given a twin - couldn't be bothered to go back downstairs to change after a 10 hour flight and lengthy wait for visa at the airport but it is simple so shouldn't be hard to respect the reservation particulary given the extortionate prices charged. Needed to contact housekeeping - let the phone ring for ages several times but no answer - same for reception and the operator so apparently the phone doesn't work. Goodness knows what would happen in an emergency. Staff are absolutely lovely but beware of extortionate prices seemingly made up as they go along - i booked a transfer from the airport but when i asked to book the hotel to the airport the front desk quoted me higher.... Otherwise food is alright. Surprised at the lack of security - no gates and people just wandering off the street amongst the cars and in front of the lobby. Overall not worth the money
