Excellent! Very friendly staff with professional service. Restaurant was delicious with local whiskey sours and ribs …. Plus breakfast buffet. Tranquil tropical oasis with free bicycles to get around. Short walk into the town centre too.

I really lovely hotel set in beautiful grounds. Large, cool rooms with comfy beds. Breakfast is delicious and served at the well appointed restaurant. Lovely helpful staff throughout the hotel. Great to have bicycles available to use also. This hotel is about. 15 minute walk from the night market and morning alms location. Highly recommend this hotel to other solo travelers

Nice setting with lotus ponds and bridge, lots of trees, flowers, gravel winding paths and hidden seating areas. The pool is small but had lots of available comfy seating and was very clean. Breakfast is in a beautiful setting and the service and food were excellent. The menu has lots of options. Excellent service from reception to housekeeping - the complimentary water, fruit baskets and night time cookies were appreciated. Free bicycle hire and reception can organise trips. The location is okay, a 5-10 minute walk to the main area but that gives you an experience of local life as you pass through the narrow streets. There was some road noise - motorbikes etc but im not sure where you can avoid this in Luang Prabang or even SE Asia. If you are bothered by it, ear plugs will be useful. No noise from any neighbours. The room was a good size with a big balcony overlooking the gardens. Lots of stuff provided e.g toiletries, safe, tea, 3 in 1 coffee - you don't need to bring. (Cant remember seeing a razor but tbh hotel ones are never good so i bring my own). TIP: try not to rely on ATMs here, the charges are expensive. Either bring your own currency and exchange at one of the banks here (i got a good rate) or bring Kip. Many places also accept Thai baht and some US $. The hotel has water so being mosquito spray (housekeeping also offered this).

This place is an oasis . The staff are friendly and professional. The room was lovely with a nice balcony. Breakfast served near the lily pond each morning. It is a short walk into town or you can use one of their free bicycles. The grounds are beautifully manicured. And there was a yummy cookie left in our room each evening. You can also book all excursions around the city through the helpful front desk staff.

很適合悠閑躺着的酒店，滿眼熱帶植物的綠意。每天在窗前或者陽台發呆，一週愜意地過去了。酒店landscape很漂亮，移步換景。

很棒的體驗，每個酒店人員臉上都帶着微笑，酒店花園式的環境孩子非常喜歡。早餐選擇不算多，但很貼心，大廚還親自幫我們搭配小菜。環境安靜，我們住在靠街的一幢，但是晚上沒有受到什麼噪音的困擾。

酒店服務很好，也很熱情，3個人要訂兩間房，被安排了聯通房，挺方便的，但房間是在靠外面馬路的這棟樓，有車經過時有一點噪音（其他大部分房間是在裏面湖邊的房間，比較安靜，可能是那邊沒有連在一起的房間）。我們一共住了3晚，每天凌晨4點的時候，牆裡和天花板裏面都有嗖嗖嗖的聲響，感覺像是什麼小動物，也搞不清楚，但應該沒有進房間裏面。

滿意:服務人員很有禮貌，前台小哥英語都很好，餐廳人員也都非常熱情，綠化覆蓋率高，早餐好吃，還有免費的自行車可以提供，房間的床也非常舒服。wifi信號差了點，泳池稍小稍微臟了點，可能因為前幾天下了雨

在這裏住了兩天，整體感受非常棒，前台小哥很熱情，幫我們拿行李，還請我們喝了酸梅湯，這裏離夜市還不算遠，走路大概13分鐘，騎車4分鐘，從夜市回酒店喊tutu三輪車，講價到3萬。這裏最讓我開心的就是早餐，真的特別好，什麼吃的都有，水果，冰咖啡，果汁，麪包，米粉，蛋餅，春捲，吃的太爽了，廚師非常棒，這裏居住也特別好，很安靜，自行車可以免費租，我們騎着去環遊了湄公河，傍晚看湄公河日出。

有個游泳池，早餐不錯，前台很熱情，遠離熱鬧的集鎮，很不錯的體驗！

環境幽靜，早餐簡單，服務還行，有免費自行車。

Nice boutique hotel with lovely pool and garden. Thoughtful details about the hotel that we enjoyed: - daily homemade cookies delivered to the room - insect spraying inside room - little garden seating areas - Laotian breakfast Some improvements: - towels looked very used, pls make an effort to replace them - food price at the hotel is on the high side compared to Laos standard - bathroom on the upper floor room was small and water was spread everywhere Otherwise it was a nice stay despite the fact that we had written to the hotel that we were there to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary, no effort has been made by them to mark the event. Any simple gesture like flowers on the bed would have been a nice thought.
