Great value for money. Very close to malls and street markets. Bad traffic in the area but it was ok for me. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Good beddings and AC/ hot water. Stayed for for a month and it was not expensive at all 😉

Отличная уборка номеров. Меня уборщик попросил оставить отзыв, но, извините, имя не запомнил. Буду называть его Джимми. Так вот Джимми лучший из персонала. Всегда интересуется что требуется, доброжелательный, называет меня сэром. А вот в ресторане все хуже. Чай несколько раз на ужине заказывал - не приносили. Постоянно искать надо кого-то чтобы водички налили.

Our stay at Novotel Lucknow was excellent—clean, spacious rooms, great ambiance, and very cooperative staff. Special mention to Mr. Rajat Pandey for his warm and attentive services during our meals. The complimentary room upgrade was a lovely touch. Highly recommended!

It was very good experience. Neajul is very good soft spoken and helpful. The food was really very good. And staff members are also helpful. Chole bhature is too good

Poor service and V V V dirty washrooms , even after raising the complaint regarding choked drainage nobody came to fix it
