Мы выражаем благодарность госпоже Айре на ресепшене за ее любезность и внимательность! Мы жили в номере люкс с одной спальней, и нам очень понравилось. Выбор блюд на завтрак нуждается в улучшении, но в остальном наше пребывание было замечательным!

Комната довольно темная (не позволяйте фотографиям вас обмануть), стол не предназначен для какой-либо работы (также из-за освещения). Завтрак был не таким хорошим, как 2,5 года назад, честно говоря, с тех пор он сильно ухудшился. В душевой кабине был странный запах, когда начинаешь принимать душ; в целом, она просто старая и, к сожалению, плохо содержится.

Очень близко к торговому центру SM Clark, в пешей доступности от торговых центров и аэропорта Кларк.

This is the perfect spot when you wanna be close to everything. Plus the mall is just literally right infront of you. One thing though the casino is about 15 to 20 min away

Motorcycles are too noisy from 11:00 to 05:00 at night, which makes it difficult for travelers to fall asleep.

Really pleasant stay. The hotel is located in a really good area with so many restaurants bar and shopping nearby. Room is clean and staff incredibly courteous

A 3 minute walk to SM Clark , very convenient place to stay especially if you have kids with you . Can hire a private car if you want to visit around.

Arrival - No service at the Front Desk, he was fixated on the computer, not even a welcome greeting or a smile, obvious different service standard depending on the guest stereotype. Obviously the treatment is different to foreigners because right when my check in was completed he smiled at the foreigner behind me. The only staff that seemed to enjoy his job was assigned at the Rewards desk/counter, obviously catered to Radisson members and thus better service. Room Arrangement - North wing. Room wasn’t clean because of the horrible maintenance of room condition like limescale and dust, but they seem to be renovating so hopefully it improves. Departure - I don’t understand why they have to force all guests to approach the Front Desk to check out when they refuse to collect my deposit in the first place. Also, there is no express checkout box. I was rushing for a flight and passed my keys to the 2 security at the exit upon getting on my transportation who despite seeing that I had a car waiting, still insisted I go to the reception to check out and was eyeing my luggage like I put hotel items in it with a very unpleasant expression on their faces. In summary, great location but everything else isn’t worth it. As a hotel with such great location, there is so much potential - I’m not expecting 5 star service or else I would’ve stayed elsewhere but they all badly need basic hospitality training.

had a wonderful stay. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with a plush bed and quiet surroundings. The staff went above and beyond, offering helpful recommendations. Breakfast was fresh and varied. The hotel’s location made it easy to explore. Overall, an excellent experience—I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. Thank you!

Excellent location just outside sm mall. It has a small gym and excellent buffet breakfast

The location and the spa are the best things about this hotel. Spa personnel were really good and friendly. Everything else was average to bad. The restaurant food was pretty terrible. They need new chefs! I bought a birthday package that wasn't set up even though I spent days discussing via email with the hotel staff (3 people actually emailed me to work out the arrangements). Hotel staff, when you called from the room never picked up, in room dining hardly ever picked up. When they did they said they were busy and would call back - they never did. I bought a room that had 3 breakfasts per day included. When checking in they said I only had 2. I showed them the confirmation on Trip app. The manager proceeded to argue/seemed annoyed and told me to address it later because it was late. I chose to ignore it because they had already screwed up the birthday package and I WAS annoyed. But this is just the level of organization and management of this hotel. Overall, this place needs a management overhaul because it's not being run in a very organized manner nor do they seem to care about the little things like greeting people and being nice.
