The facilities, particularly the comfort room and shower, require significant upgrades. The management should explore alternative water sources. The water has a strong odor that makes it unusable, even for gargling or facial cleansing.

We did not finish our booking. We only stayed for about 2 hours, left so we can check if the airconditioning will come thru, when we came back it had a cold breeze but as soon as people came in it got hot again. We even tried your options but did not work and decided that it was too hot. The kids couldn't sleep and it's like staying in a sauna. It's even colder outside the room and this is at night time. Your family rooms should have bigger ac as it covers more room area. We left your so called hotel and booked another with almost the same price but better room and airconditioning quality. The "hotel" didnt even provide soap and kits. No wifi, aircon is bad and blows out hot air. The water in your restroom is slow and also hot even without the water heater. Only 1 charging port.

Value for money is the major plus of this hotel. The room has 3 huge beds good for family.

Scary vibes and surroundings. Hindi good for family. Hindi din sila hospitable. Wala pa silang toiletries na binigay like tissue toothbrush kit kasi naubos daw. Tapos yung free bottle nila kami pa kumuha sa baba. Yung water sa gripo amoy kalawang. yung ilaw nila sa room parang pa pundi na. Yung lock ng kwarto literal na door knob lang walang double lock sa loob kaya di talaga nakaka panatag matulog eh. Good for mot mot lang ata to eh HAJZHAAHAHAH

It was fine hotel. Just a good stay for 1 night before going to airport in Clark. The room is clean and comfy.The Aircon is working well and there additional fan. The only problem is the water smells like rust. that's all.

No water Bed has bugs staffs were just using phone most of the time.

The room and staff was really good Sobrang bait nila but here’s my experienced sa facility. 1. No WiFi 2. No socket near the bed (di ka makapag charge) 3. No TV Channel only movies (downloaded) 4. No double lock for the door 5. Sobrang baho ng tubig (Amoy kalawang since it’s deep well water) but still dumidikit ang yung kalawang sa katawan and worst pag nag tooth brush. 6. Yung room namin sobrang Ingay di ka makatulog since Malapit sa kalasada 7. No available slippers Hope they will improve yung mga na experiences namin during our stay. Thank you.

This the only hotel I know that don't have generator.the 1st very first day of my stay there's actually no power need to wait till 5 or 6pm to get the power back.they said that it's normal when power cut off morning expect it to resume late afternoon.hope there can modify things. Location is good very near to airport and malls.and the room rates cheapest compare to other hotel

The place was easy to locate as it was by the national road. They’ve got a wide garage. The rooms are very spacious. There was no wifi during our time, it needed to be fixed according to them. One of the room’s AC was not that cool enough and the heater wasn’t working. Though the place is not that quite well-maintained. It would be better to upgrade most of the facilities. :)

The place is nice and clean. Toiletries are available upon request. Air conditioner is not totally that well. The place is also accessible to stores but a bit far from activities for the tourists. Kitchens utensils are not available.
