Large, historical chalet "Baita Barin", 1'550 m a.s.l., semi-detached, built in 1593, renovated in 2013. In the centre of Madesimo, residential area (villas), excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 100 m from the skiing area. Private: small garden (not fenced) with lawn. In the house: sauna, hot tub, relaxation room, storage room for skis, central heating system. Pre-arrival grocery service. In Winter: please take snow chains. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars, extra) at the house. Grocery, supermarket 50 m, restaurant, bar 100 m, bus stop. Chair lift, ski school, children's ski school 100 m, cross country ski track 1.5 km, children's playground 150 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Como 45 km. Hiking paths: Andossi - Giardino Alpino Valcava, Lago d'Emet - Pizzo Spadolazzo, Sentiero del Cardinello, Val Febbraro. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. 8-room chalet 250 m2 on 3 levels. Spacious, partly with sloping ceilings, stylish and wooden furniture furnishings: large living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. We spent a very nice holiday in this holiday home. The combination of the house from the 15th century and partly newly renovated was unique. Each room had its own special flair. Unfortunately we didn't use the wellness area. The only point of criticism is
