Room condition were horrible. Fan was not working in proper condition. Poor ventilation system. Room was smelling to some extent. Done.

We had a bad experience, the door lock has some complaints my daughter has stuck inside the room while we are outside.

Location is near to madgaon railway station, good for train travellers. Facilities are average. Nobody to receive and get your luggage or show your room. Took good 30 mins and multiple remainders to switch on ac. It again did not work in the evening. Ultimately it worked in the right. Towels and bedsheets were not clean. Bed was broad but hard. Only 2 pieces of 3 rs medimix soaps given. Water stagnates at bathroom. No happy staffs. Had to wake up staff to check out early morning 5am. Overall not a pleasant experience.

First of all best staff kiran, santosh. Very helpful. Very fast service. Excellent food. Nice clean rooms. Great location. One of the best location in madgaon. Thanks a lot for always giving a memorable stay.

I visited here with my friend. Being two female travelers, i was quite worried about the stay & safety concerns. But at hotel raj resort, we received exceptional hospitality, support and care during our stay! mr. Kiran & arun's attention to detail, kindness, and genuine interest in ensuring our comfort and safety made our trip truly unforgettable. Our room was nice & quite spacious and met our budget as well.

The rooms here are very small and blanket was only one also no water bottles in the room the bed is not that cleaned but the food was good also the service is fast
