Удобное расположение недалеко от станции метро Colombia и короткой поездки на метро до аэропорта. Персонал был достаточно приятным. Номер был компактным, но тихим из-за двойных окон. На балкон были патио-двери. Во многих номерах есть балконы. Рядом много магазинов, кафе и ресторанов и т. д. В номере был сильный запах грязного туалета. Он выглядел в основном чистым, за исключением нескольких использованных салфеток на полу в ванной. Не было возможности купить завтрак. В целом это было хорошее пребывание и разумная цена для этого района. Я бы рекомендовал.

Дружелюбный приём. Большой номер с двуспальной кроватью. Маленький душ, туалет расположен слишком близко к нему. Шторы не плотные, а ночник у входа горит всю ночь. Завтрак в отеле не предоставляется. Иногда слышен шум с улицы.

Расположение очень хорошее и удобное, очень близко к входу в метро. Если в одном номере будут проживать два человека, при бронировании отеля необходимо указать это, в противном случае будет взиматься дополнительная плата за размещение дополнительного человека. Во всех отелях есть две кровати.

Близко к метро, ​​очень удобно, подходит для временных экстренных ситуаций.

Для тех, кто проводит здесь последнюю ночь перед утренним вылетом, этот отель может стать разумным выбором. Персонал на стойке регистрации дружелюбный и приветливый. Рядом есть прекрасные магазины, рестораны и станция метро. Однако чистота постельного белья, одеял и подушек вызывает сомнения. Не стоит слишком уж рассчитывать на чистоту.

飯店位在社區裡周邊很多餐廳可吃早晚餐,我們一下飛機直接轉乘捷運搭3站就到飯店非常方便,飯店不大但是方便雖然我們住 一樓但是不會很吵,房間空間很大兩個28吋大行李都可以打開不會妨礙出入,設備不是非常新但是乾淨好用是不錯的選擇,出入市區景點都可直接搭捷運非常方便,櫃台人員24小時服務非常貼心.

I had a very disappointing experience at Roisa Hostal Boutique during my stay from December 18-19, 2024. The floor we were staying on was under construction, leading to an incredibly noisy afternoon, dusty floors, and non-functional bathroom lights. These conditions made it impossible to relax or enjoy the stay. To make matters worse, the hostal’s customer service has been completely unresponsive to my concerns. Despite reaching out to request a refund due to these unacceptable conditions, I have received no acknowledgment or resolution. For a place that markets itself as a boutique hostal, I expected much higher standards both in terms of accommodations and client care. I cannot recommend staying here based on my experience.

The accommodation is really great for the value - I was positively surprised. It has very good location - just in front of the bus stop that you can easily reach the city center and on a 5 min walking distance from the Metro station Colombia. Rooms are new, very clean, stylish and spacious, bathroom is big enough, the room had a big balcony to the inner yard (not noisy). Internet connection is more than perfect. Room was cleaned every day. The reception is 24/7 and very friendly The windows are soundproof but unfortunately the walls are not - they are rather thin so you ca hear every little and not so little noise from the corridor or next room (or maybe because the bed was just next to the corridor wall). Some guest were rather noisy late in the evening/night and makes it difficult to sleep The TV had no English channels

This was an excellent place to stay, the rooms are decent size, clean, beds were comfortable, ac was working well. We had booked 3 weeks in advance and we still managed to get a decent price for 3 night, if you can book earlier, you can avail of great deals. The hostal is close to the Metro stop 'Columbia' and the streets leading up to it has lovely little restaurants, cafés especially the El Horno café which was excellent, there is also a Carrefour thats open till late. It is well connected to all the main spots in Madrid by bus or metro. Christian from the staff was very sweet and accommodating- we had quite an early flight in and we just came to deposit the bags- but he let us check in early when usually one has to pay for it. All in all, great location, comfortable rooms, 20 mins away from the main spots yet near to the city center and Santiago Bernabeau stadium. Totally recommended!

Recommendation for this accommodation. Friendly staff both at the reception and the maids. Clean. We also had a room where we left our luggage for the whole day after check-out.The location is close to the stadium, which is a big advantage. The connection with other parts of the city is also good

Roisa Hostal Boutique is the best hostel in Madrit ! Everything new, warm water, spacious shower, excellent bed, pleasant staff, very close to the metro. Close to Carrefour Mini. Close to pizzeria Papa Jones. The photos don't do it justice. The hostel is the highlight of the trip.
