This is hard to evaluate. The positive - convenient location for me, clean, spacious, all the necessary equipment. The not so great - which is not the necessarily the fault of the hotel - there was a party from other guests until 2 in the morning. It shouldn't be up to other guests to remind others about quiet hours and how to behave in hotels. This is accelerate by the shockingly bad automated check-in experience - no person, just a computer and the stepped process was not clear and faulty. No person to ask question and if you have multiple people checking in it takes ages. Furthermore, you only have a phone number to call when you have problems with other guests. In my case they triggered a fire alarm and had a party. This could easily be avoided with having staff on site. I don't like to give this hotel a bad review as it is a good place to stay. But this lack of personal and noise is a downer.
