位置極佳，極其方便！衹是廣場正在修建，出租車無法到門口，衹能停在廣場外面。

I LOVE this hotel! This was my 2nd stay at the Hotel Europa. The staff is wonderful and very attentive. Everyone speaks English which makes it easier. The rooms are great and beds very comfortable. The bathrooms are amazing- the best I have had in Europe. This is a top notch boutique style hotel in a fantastic location right off the Puerto Del Sol square.

Best hotel to stay in Madrid it’s right in heart of Madrid. So convenient to visit all tourist spot every thing is in walking distance you don’t need car at all. The hotel is maintained very beautiful really historical in Madrid. So many cafes around we had a great stay.

Great property, awesome view, great staff, located in the heart of Sol and whiting walking distance from landmarks, trains, subway, restaurants, shops and many more. I stayed here every time I visit Madrid.

The Hotel is going thru reno so it is loud during the day. Rooms are hot in Nov. Location is great. Rooms are big.

If you want a quite place this is not for you... the hotel is in a very crouded and noise area.

Helpful and friendly staff, clean room, great water pressure in the shower. The location was perfect for walking to sights such as the Palace and Prado museum. I’d definitely recommend staying there

Location is ideal and you can walk to all museums, parks and attractions. What we did not like was the inconsistency in the treatment of the hotel staff and the local people in general. We are Americans and felt unwelcome. We don’t speak the language and we felt we were more of an inconvenience to the people there. We were charged an early check in fee when we know from a Spanish speaking friend checking in the same time on the following day was not charged the fee. When brought up to the hotel staff, it just turned into an argument. Upon arrival the hotel staff tried to give us a room that did not meet our reservation description. Basically you get charged more dollar a day euro for a room facing the plaza. . . the staff tried to put us in a room in the back with no view and blamed ******* for the mistake even though all paperwork was clear on what we reserved. Over all we made the best of the situation, but if we were ever to go back to Madrid, we would use a trafalgar or something similar or do a serious deep dive into the comments of another hotel. Madrid is a wonderful place to be and the history and food will not disappoint, but if don’t speak the language it can be problematic in getting what you think you’re understanding.

Location! You literally sleep at la puerta del sol one of the most famous hotspot in Madrid.
