Getting in instruction was not communicated was in the middle between Proporty and hotels .com on the street for more then an hour

Apartment that is centrally located and good size. Clean and tidy with good facilities and equipment. Three bedroom apartment had three bathrooms so ideal for families or groups. View was disappointing in our room due to being in roof so mainly had skylights, but it didn’t spoil our stay and did make it feel more private. The building and room felt secure and the neighbourhood was lovely and quiet. Only one issue was shower water was cold in the evening, so we resorted to morning showers. Good communication from management regarding remote check in All in all very pleasant stay here

Lovely three bedroom apartment located within walking distance of restaurants and bars. Not far on the metro to all the main sites of Madrid. The apartment itself was secure. Check in was done remotely and the area was quite for a city centre location. Kitchen was well equipped and we had three bathrooms, one for each room. There is no balcony so views were a little disappointing but overall this apartment was good value for money and I would recommend. The only negative was that in the evening the water from the showers was cold, however this may have been something we were not doing, or doing wrong, or maybe it’s best just to shower in the mornings! Overall nice clean spacious apartment. You can leave luggage at another location 10 mins away if you have a later flight than the 11am check out

Location was good, cleanliness and amenities were good too. Spacious. Didn’t like that we ran out of hot water every morning, so my family had to shower with cold water and the weather was cold, and also the apartament needs painting, because it is not as it appears in the photos in relation to its walls specifically.

The location is great, about 1 mile to all attractions, including Old Madrid, so you can walk everywhere. The neighborhood has plenty of restaurants and little shops for picking up groceries and breakfast items. The apartment was quite clean, beds comfortable. Some small negatives for me: 1) Despite the non-smoking policy, other guests were smoking in their apartments, which resulted in smoke circulating through the building. At times, it smelled of smoke in our kitchen, hallway and bathrooms. I reported this to the building management and it was dealt with promptly. 2) The flooring showed some wear and tear from prior guests I presume. Quite a minor issue, but noticeable to a neat freak such as myself. 3) Four of us could not all take showers in the morning. The water tank ran out of hot water on the third shower. The apartment had two bathrooms, but neither had hot water after the third shower. When I addressed this with the management, I was told to just wait 20-30 mins till the tank fills up with hot water again. I think limitations such as these should be communicated with guests in advance. We are renting a two-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms in order to accommodate four people, so it is our expectation that we would all be able to shower in the morning. Positives: 1) Great location, close to everything. 2) Organization: everything is communicated in advance, touchless remote check-in. 3) The management communicated via text message and responded right away.

Es muy caro para lo que están ofreciendo, es muy viejo y el único mueble de la sala es viejo e incomodo, el elevador no funciono el día que llegamos con maletas... tuvimos que esperar a que me contestaran y enviaran al técnico para arreglarlo.... Falta de limpieza en la banqueta de la entrada, y en el pasillo de la entrada, están en remodelación y esa parte se entiende...

excelente mucha limpieza, excelente atención, espacioso, buena ubicacion camas amplias , el unico punto es que si rentan para 3 personas solo ponen juego de toallas para 2 personas, todo lo demas muy bien gracias

Les falta remodelacion, están viejos y el sofá de la sala viejo y los baños también

Es una propiedad muy agradable. Es mucho más cómodo hosped**** en un departamento que en una habitación de hotel en asuntos de espacio. Las camas estuvieron cómodas y el termostato funcionaba bien. El agua de la ducha no estaba muy caliente, lo único que nos falló. La cocina viene equipada con electrodomésticos y vajilla, que es muy bueno.
