Hotel Satvika disappointed on many fronts. The room was unkempt, with outdated furnishings and a musty smell. The promised amenities were either missing or in poor condition. The staff's attitude was indifferent, displaying a lack of professionalism. The overall cleanliness standards were below par, raising concerns about hygiene. This experience fell far short of expectations, making Hotel Satvika a regrettable choice for accommodation. To exacerbate the ordeal, Hotel Satvika's unscrupulous practices included collecting guests' original ID cards for supposed proof, only to misplace them. When confronted about the missing IDs, staff members displayed unacceptable behavior by raising their hands, issuing ill-treatment, and even resorting to threats. This gross misconduct further tarnished the already dismal experience, revealing a shocking disregard for guest security and customer serve. Save yourself the frustration and consider alternative options.

One of the worst hotel i had stayed. No facilities, no restaurant, no hot water, rooms are shabby

Decent budget hotel. U get what u pay for. Keep ur expectations low though. What we liked- A/C was working well Location is very good. 5min walk away from everything What we didn’t like- Our 2day stay, not once did we get hot water for shower Water pressure in d basin & western toilet was close to ZERO Power cut in the middle of the night & generator backup took an hour to restore power Rooms are quite run down, cleaning needs to be paid more attention to Verdict- would we stay here on our next visit?? No I dont think so

The hotel is under construction, no proper parking. Toiletries towel are not provided. No remote for ac. Only one attender for everything, who doesn't know tamil, where i know only tamil and english.

1. Wc flush was not working. Even the connecting pipe missing. Room allocated even 2. Carrying out basic checks by housekeeping 3. Only 1 towel was provided for 2 guests. We had to haggle for the 2nd. 4. No cups, tea bags etc were provided. Again have to haggle for tumbler which were plastic. 5. Hotel is not worth rating as in your portal 6. Chair provided in room was broken except room size and location nothing was good.
