I must say we really enjoyed a lot during our visit in Lombok by choosing this hotel. Even though the hotel is relatively new compared to others, their services are top notch especially the food, all served in ala carte to keep it fresh everyday. You will have direct access to the beach too by choosing the sea view villa and it only takes one minute to the beach every morning. The staff are also highly trained in keeping your privacy secured. Besides that you can also approach the staff for Gili island hopping. The boat will ferry you from the beach in front of the hotel so that you don’t even have to worry about being late. The water is so clear that you can also snorkelling at the beach, however bring your own gear for hygiene purposes. The location of the hotel is quite secluded, so do expect to spend most of your time in the hotel unless you arrange your own day trip. You will never regret choosing this hotel!

The hotel is awesome. I really liked the private swimming pool in my villa, the outdoor shower and the bed. The breakfast is amazing (the scrambled eggs are the best I've ever had). Everything is clean and in good style. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The only downside is that the beach quality is not great.

Great hotel and service. Its a bit remote so theres not much around and the nearest civilization is Senggigi beach which is around 20 mins by car. The beach is shared with the boat guys who have made it dirty, so its not a great beach, but you get easy direct access to the Gili islands by speedboat. If you speak to the boatman directly its around 20% less than through the hotel.

The staff at Kayana were all very polite, courteous and helpful. Each and everyone never fail to greet you when they see you. Service was tip top. Pool has some dust/sand particles and insects sometimes but it’s near a beach so maybe that’s why. Location is near the harbour and has direct access to beach which can also be accessed by the public. Good if you are planning to travel to Gili Islands. However outside the villa there is nothing much, will have to drive to go to nearest restaurant and not easy to get taxi. We had a driver who brought us everywhere. The Blues Restaurant in the villa was sufficient for us - served good food, very affordable too and overlooks beautiful view especially at sunset. The inclusive breakfast was also worth it. Have to mention that the villa is very near a mosque and the calls to prayer starts as early as 5am. We did not mind it at all though. Overall Kayana made our stay in Lombok an amazing one!

We were greeted by a wonderful team. The place is serine and clean with huge bathroom. The bed is fantastically comfortable, this includes the extra bed that we have requested for triple sharing. We booked a Duplex with private swimming pool. Breakfast was served in-house or @restaurant. The restaurant is at the hilltop with a beautiful view which adds to the plus point staying here. Will surely return to this resort.

This resort is the best value place I’ve ever stayed at. Coming from Australia where you pay through the nose for everything and more often than not, the service is lacking. Here, it’s clear that having a job is a privilege and they certainly know how to treat you. Nothing was too much to ask. We had a driver who took us to the zoo and waited 3.5 hours for us. We were also taken to the hospital and they translated the nurses and doctors for us. The food was incredible and safe. The room was incredibly comfortable, clean and well serviced. The private room with a pool was simply unbeatable. Special mention goes out to Nora and Defri (restaurant), Heru and Wayan (office) and Robby. Thank you all for your service.

Love the ambience. Villa facing the beach with breeze blowing the coconut trees making the marvelous sound. We love it so much and it was such a peaceful & relaxing atmosphere. The staffs from the front desk, the resto, the drivers, the spa, the maintenance, all of them played a vital role in making this place special. The food is not a buffet style but each food is prepared in a special way & they are delicious. Will definitely come again.

This resort has beautiful accommodation and grounds with the on-site restaurant having both fabulous food, friendly staff and an amazing view. The gym had a great vista too and also the massages from Fitri and Dewi made the visit so relaxing and memorable. Our accommodation was so beautiful and private. Nana and the team were so willing to assist and advise us. There was great snorkelling right out front so relaxing days on the beach in-between daytrips to the 3 Gilis, the secret Gilis, wildlife park and old cities. The families with children all seemed to be having a great time too. So much to do next time and we'll be back. As we would say with Nana, "See you later alligator, in a while crocodile!"

Fabulous hotel and staff. The beach and setting quiet and perfect, massages were amazing- snorkelling off the beautiful beach. Equipment available at reception. We saw amazing fish and swam with a turtle. We could not have wished for more- this hotel was the jewel in our 3 week stay. Accommodation far exceeded our expectations- just perfect. The staff were so helpful and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. Spotlessly clean and thought through. Perfect!
