начнем с хорошего, чистый номер и великолепный вид на море. теперь плохая еда, плохой и холодный ресторан был грязным. Гигиена в зоне питания была очень плохой, на весь ресторан был только один контейнер для соли и перца. Персонал очень плохой. нет весов для проверки веса ваших сумок. никаких закусок в баре у бассейна. персонал по уборке номеров ок. собаки лают по ночам в номерах. не рекомендовал бы этот отель. поел в ресторане, в ту ночь у меня был плохой желудок и рвота. так что поешьте вне дома до конца праздника

Отель идеально расположен в 3 минутах от пляжа, номера средние, но чистые.., сытная еда, не сильно отличающаяся день от следующего, хороший бассейн с баром на территории.. в целом 3,5 из 5.. Рекомендую

Naapuri hotellin aamuun jatkuva musisointi ulkona häiritsi todella paljon. Jätti torakka huoneessa oli melkoinen järkytys. Kiitos kuitenkin hotellin nuorelle naishenkilölle joka listi elukan. Muuten ihan ok hotelli.

Останавливались в этом отеле с 22 августа по 1 января 2009 года…..останавливались в прошлом году, поэтому подумали, что попробую еще раз, в любом случае, пожалуйста, не тратьте свои деньги на эту адскую дыру…..нам пришлось попросить постельное белье, чтобы меняют через неделю, руководитель В ресторане ужасный, мерзкий и грубый, думает, что он владеет отелем… сумочку моей дочери выбили из сумки, сообщил об этом администраторам, а они не хотят знать, они не будут позвольте вам взглянуть на систему видеонаблюдения, на которой явно видно, как кто-то крадет сумочку….думаю, это сам один из сотрудников, они не хотели, чтобы полиция вмешивалась так плохо для отеля……еда хуже, чем обычная, ели вне дома больше, чем ели в отеле ….фотографии на их веб-сайте при бронировании не имеют ничего общего с тем, что они рекламируют, поэтому не верьте им, когда увидите их при бронировании…..по сути, если вы англичанин, вы не подходите для этого отеля….НЕ БРОНИРУЙТЕ ЗДЕСЬ🤬🤬 🤬🤬

Good points first great location over road from beach you use a short subway to get to the beach because of the train line to Barcelona. Pool good but busy . Breakfast loads of choice . Bar reasonably priced for a hotel seating area outside great but inside a bit sp**** more like a kids room . Staff on reception very friendly and helpful also staff in restaurant. Room good cleaned every day fresh towels every day bathroom lovely big walk in shower. Plenty of nice bars and restaurants, supermarkets plenty of. Now for the disappointing bit . There is a disco in the basement that opens at 10pm every evening and closes between 5am and 6 am we were in the 4th floor and it sounded like it was in our room the thudding was loud and it got on our nerves every night. Don’t know what it was like for people on the lower floors . Then when it closes every one piles out into the street and it’s very noisy. Don’t get me wrong there was no trouble we’ve all been young and gone to discos but just didn’t want this every night in holiday . Other than that it was a pleasant holiday would definitely go back but would stay further down in the resort in Santa susanna which started 4 hotels down from Cartago nova xx

rooms- very decent for a 3 star hotel, better than expected and better than reviews say. modern bathroom and aircon. stayed on the 8th floor so could not hear the disco club next to hotel. food- average for a 3 star. overcooked eggs and cold beans, pancakes and cereals fine. staff friendly and polite no issues. pool quite small and overcrowded. struggle to get sunbed unless first one down. only downside was this was a prime spot where carers bring disabled people. might sound harsh and not really an issue but we had 20+ disabled people at the hotel screaming and hitting themselves in the face. not really what you want to hear or see when you’ve come for a break in the sun. overall the reviews are harsh. not bad hotel to stay in for a cheap break away. i would probably stay in lloret de mar next time which is 30 mins 30euro taxi away. beach very close , train station 20 min walk.

Hotel very basic but clean staff friendly. Close to beach .however food repetitive and boring not hot .no tea /coffee facility in room wait ages for the lift if on upper floors .thin walls can hear other guests kids screaming is OK for a basic no frills stay but wouldn't go back

Один из худших на побережье Маресме, номера с рваными пружинными матрасами, еда типа ранчо, типичная для стран Магреда или Балтии, ничего общего со средиземноморской кухней, бассейн на четверых и большая ненадежность услуг, отвратительный отель, мне не нравится Рекомендую. Чуть дальше на той же улице есть много вариантов получше.

Reviews are very harsh. It is a basic hotel but clean and has all amenities. Great view of the beach from hotel room, rooms was clean and spacious. Food was better than expected for a 3 star hotel. Staff were fine however one of the older male staff who manned the door for breakfast was ignorant. Lovely bartender on hotel bar Susanne (I think). If your going on holidays and have loads of activities planned this is definitely the place to go. Would not go if your planning on staying close to the hotel the whole time.

So we booked to stay at Cartago Nova from Monday to Friday and on approaching the holiday I obviously read some reviews which made us sceptical about the whole trip so thought I'd give you our experience as honest as possible. Hotel and check in When you get dropped off, its really unclear where you need to go to get to the hotel but the entrance is on the main ***** side but its up an alley just past the nightclub entrance. Blink and you would miss it. You walk past a gate to the pool area and its just up on the left hand side with yellow gates. If you hit a supermarcat you have gone too far. Hotel lobby was very clean and small but it did the job. We also got free WiFi which was a bonus. But no hairdryer in the room. Upon arrival we checked in to our room no problem. The lady at reception was lovely and after 5 mins we headed up to our room on the 4th floor. The room overlooked the pool, ***** and had a bit of a sea view which was really nice The room Bathroom was lovely albeit a bit small but it had clearly been renovated not that long ago. The room itself was pretty dated and would benefit from a spruce up. Plenty of storage which was fab and we even had a safe too. The balcony was small but big enough for a couple of chairs and we didn't use it much. Beds.....hard as iron and didn't sleep well at all really. We asked for more pillows which were there when we returned to the room. The pool Basic but clean. No umbrellas with sunbeds so be prepared for that. But there was no issues getting a bed and as I say it was really clean. There was a bar which you could access both inside the hotel or outside near the pool. Barman seemed nice enough and again bar areas were very clean The restaurant This is where it goes downhill. The first night we headed to the restaurant we were greeted by the most miserable, rude man. Took our room number and told us where we could sit. Only part of the restaurant was laid up for diners, the rest closed off. The choice if food is slim.... don't get me wrong there was salad and soups as well but the rest was a bit rubbish. I'm fussy anyway on holiday so I had a bit of salad, chips, some spaghetti with tomato sauce and it was all lukewarm. Wasn't pleasant to eat at all. So much so we ate out every night we were there. Breakfast was OK, cooked items available with pastries, toast and cereal. There was two toasters one of whichbwas ok the other wasnt working properly and on day 2, there was onlybine in use and it wasnt working properly either and it took 5 times to get past the warm bread stage. So breakfast was ok but lunch and dinner were a no go in our eyes. Rank food and a rude waiter isn't for me. Also, you weren't allowed to take bar drinks into the restaurant. All that was available to drink was water. There was a small bar area in the restaurant but noone ever there to serve you. Nightclub There is a nightclub attached to our hotel. It wasn't open our first night that we saw but all other nights 10pm

Very disappointing hotel room toilet leakage, club noises very loud EVERY NIGHT, food wasn't very tasty everyday the same, staff reception very rude especially old women works in evenings, nothing interesting for kids and adults, first floor rooms looked very old and disgusting especially bathroom, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

We stayed for a week on the 5th floor. The room was small and basic will need upgrading. Air condition was not strong enough to beat the 36 degree heat outside. We have to lobby to to other hotel most of the time. The worst part is the noise from the disco tropicana which is located at the ground floor of the hotel the noise and the vibration of the loud speaker can reach up to the 5th floor,The disco start at 10 pm and close at 6am. You can hear young people shouting on the street. The toilet and the shower room is not sound proof. I can hear my friend having a shower. No need to knock next room you can just talk to each other while having a shower. Food was basic and most of the day repetitive. Staff was nice and accommodating. But can do anything about the noise because it is not run by the same hotel group. I was awake most of the night. I have to get drunk from the 3rd day till the 7th day to get a sleep. If you are nocturnal this is for you. Or bring some sleeping pills to get a proper sleep.

Like someone said before me...its a hotel from hell!! The food was bad,the room was old furnished,the noise from people coming in & out..with dogs...the loud music from the club downstairs...everything was unbelievable! I stayed at 3 stars in a lot of places, but this hotel was the worse one in my life! I couldn't take a nap in the afternoon or sleep well in the night! First, when I read the other people say this is bad and we should avoid, I thought they are overreacting, but no no no! Everything was so true! I'm so sorry that I spend my money & my time in this....I really don't know how to call this ugly hotel! Please,guy's...don't go there! You will ruin your holiday, I promise you! Hope everyone to read all rewius and go somewhere else 🙏🙏🙏
