Hotel Him Regency by MSR Hotels and Resorts

There is no clean room. the condition of room is not good. the gate were broken. super deluxe room that we have booked that was not spacious

as a couple we need privacy and no disturbance and hotel him regency know the meaning of privacy over all hotel is decent

No kettle provide by hotel, no power backup, no slippers,

I found this hotel on mm t and our stay was pleasant. All staff members were very polite and down to earth.

The room is very small and the washroom is not cleaned properly. As the amount i paid i deserve more!

As per the google map we reached the spot but when we reached there was no hotel there then we called the hotel executives but no response. It was very pathetic situation at night for us, we roamed around an hour to get the hotel. The near by hotel people helped us to get the exact hotel. It was very inconvenient as the he-em regency executives didnt received call for guidance. The hotel was very far from the location shared. When we went to the hotel the service was very poor we asked the executive how will ask for food or water if required they replied the intercom doesnot work. They have shared their phone number for any service we need that too they have not replied at once you need to call them multiple times. The room was dirty, the blankets and pillows were not clean as they have food spots and stains in that. We somehow managed to stay there for night as we dont have any choice it was very late at night. Next day we left the hotel and went for another hotel for stay. It was really horrible experience. The room service people dont even clean the room and left the room opened for a day when we went out for search of hotel. I dont have my words to explain the situation but it was unhygienic, room service at its worst and the location. It is not in proper mall road, its very interior autos and cabs hesitate to come if theya agree they charge more. Overall i would never recommend someone this hotel. Really a pathetic one.
