Other things to note NOISE LEVEL: The villa is located in a residential area and governed by strict Manchester Town and Village noise ordinances per which "Quiet Time" starts at 10 pm. The area is frequently patrolled by Manchester police and they do stop by if they find the noise level to be loud especially outside the house on the grounds, deck, hot tub etc. No audio can be played outside the house, no audio to be played inside the barn. No events or parties are allowed especially inside the barn. Personal guest use only. CAMERAS: There are NO cameras inside the house. However there are security cameras located outside the house around the property on the grounds and the estate. There are also two cameras in the wooden barn which is considered an open uninsulated outdoor space per commercial insurance.
