What a lovely place. We took our dog and they had a dog bed, bowls and a treat bag.
Super friendly staff and beautiful rooms with very comfortable beds.
First time in Manchester but will definitely come back to stay in the hotel again.
Highly recommended.

Our greeting by the staff member was over and above my level of expectation - he was truly lovely and chatty and arranged for our bags to be dropped tot he room whilst we went and parked.
The room was gorgeous.
The only slight unpleasantness was a half eaten pack of chocolates left in the fridge (by other guests) and some bottled water would have been nice

Fab new hotel and as you’d expect from a new hotel, rooms and decor were tip top, classy and shiny. Whats not a given with a new hotel is service. To whole experience from check-in, bar, restaurant, breakfast and check out was a pleasure. Smiling, friendly staff who genuinely wanted to ensure the stay was the best it could be. Special shout to Siobhan (night manager) who patiently and attentively looked after us when we got in very late. Nothing was too much trouble. Stayed in lots of hotels in Manchester and further afield as I work away a lot, think this is the best way be experience. Congrats Malmaison Deansgate team. I’m Already looking forward to my next visit.

Gorgeous stay. Hotel is just so fresh and new! Rooms are stunning. Amazing vibes and such a gorgeous location!! Gent on reception evening of Thursday 18th/Friday 19th morning, was so kind and helpful with taxis, advice on hotel, menus, and sky bar. Sky bar staff were all so helpful and the cocktails were beautiful. Big fan of Malmaison and it was great to be back. Such a quirky and fun brand and I was glad I could bring a friend to show them what it was all about. Thank you very much Mal♥️

Lovely hotel, very clean and well presented throughout. The staff were all very kind, considerate and helpful. Special mention for Grace who served our dinner. She was incredibly friendly and didn’t make us feel rushed during dinner, which is a huge bonus. She was quick to recommend food, and was very attentive throughout our meal. We ate at the bar and grill and the food was unbelievable. Would heartily recommend. All in all a great stay and will definitely be back.

Light near the door would not turn off, so had to sleep with it on. Loud construction work at 8am, which woke us up and disturbed our sleep.

Stayed here for one night on shopping trip to Manchester. Everything about this hotel is first class, central location, gorgeous rooms with eco friendly measures in place. Decor goegeous. Absolutely everything you need in the room and comfortable bed and pillows. Shower great. Security good as you could only use the lifts if you had a room key so as a single female I felt secure that no-one was wandering around the hotel. Breakfast was tasty and well presented with something for everyone and plenty of choice. Food high quality as was coffee from a high class machine. What really made this visit special was the staff - each member of staff I encountered (reception, bar, cleaning, breakfast assistants and evening security/concierge) and the Duty Manager were welcoming, professional, courteous, helpful and friendly with all going beyond their roles to make my stay wonderful. I will be back and would recommend you stay here. Thank you to the team at Mal Maison Deansgate.

Absolutely amazing stay, clean spacious rooms. Staff were so pleasant and attentive. Room service was quick, breakfast was lovely. Amazing stay for couples!
