Even though all our rooms are equipped with double glazing windows and, as you've also mentioned, complimentary ear plugs are available at Reception; it can be difficult to stop all external nuisance.Sadly, those weren't sufficient to you on this occasion and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.Please note that some of our accommodations are facing the back of our hotel and tend to be quieter but, as their availability is limited, we would recommend guests to ask for those prior to arrival so they can be pre-allocated.Thank you again for giving us some valuable feedback and we hope that you'll give us the chance to welcoming you back in the future for a much more peaceful and quieter experience.Regards,Frederic DumontGeneral Manager

As you may have been explained, all our accommodations are equipped with an Air Climate Control system (NOT Air Conditioning) which is linked to the outside temperature and only blow warm or cool air accordingly. We appreciate that this system may not suitable for all our guests so portable fans or heaters are available on request.We would also like to apologise for the inconvenience caused by the on-going renovation work (carpet replacement) at the time of your visit; this is part of our effort to improve our facilities.
