Experience Manti like a local in this 5-bedroom house. This antique house has been fully restored. This cozy home has a large country kitchen, large bathroom, washer and dryer room. This home features 2 queen beds and 4 (full or double beds), perfect for a large group of 10-12 guests. Enjoy the adorable living room with a cozy sofa that a child could sleep on. There's also a Couch bed in the upstairs that a child can sleep on. With amenities like WiFi, heating and air conditioning, and a washer and dryer, your stay will be nothing short of terrific. We hope you enjoy our Layton country cottage in Manti.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 20 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).No animals allowed in bedrooms we have new carpet..About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking allowed: in designated areas.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:Events allowed: family gatherings and birthday parties.Maximum event attendees: 25.

Great Stay
Cute house, very clean. Used for a humting trip it was in a great location. Host was amazing super wasy to get a hold of and very attentive. Woukd definitely stay here again !!
