Hotel Albatros

Great spot formthe price. The room this time was mich nicer than my previous stay although the last time wasn’t bad. This room was just much nicer. The only problem though it didn’t affect me was parking especially during the busy season.

Decent spot not great but fine for the money. No parking but it wasn’t a problem for me but during the busy times Imbelieve it could be a problem.

19° 5'19.05"N 104°18'44.27"W I’m not going to evaluate the hotel but my experience there. First, I rode a bus for 6 ½ hour from Puerto Vallarta to Manzanillo. When I got to the hotel, around 20h00, I was registered and shown to my room. Upon entering the room, I had my first deception. The image on Trip Advisor did not correspond to the room I was given. This room, number 9, had 2 beds, one double and one single and nothing else. No furniture, no table, no chair. It was next to the pool and the noise was pretty loud. I went to the reception and asked if this was going to last very long. I was told that the guests were asked to stop music at 10:00. I went out to eat, came back and went to bed. The music stopped at 3:30 in the morning. But a couple stayed there talking loudly until 4:30. I got up at 6:00 to get ready for 8:00 when I was being picked up for a tour of Manzanillo. There was no hot water. I went to the reception to ask for help. I was told to turn the tap marked F (for frio) and wait 5 minutes. I waited half an hour. No hot water. So I got dressed and went to the reception to ask where to go for breakfast. I was told nothing was opened before 8:00. So I went to the OXXO (300 meters) and got a ham sandwich and a coffee. When the tour finished, I went to the reception and explained that I was canceling my second night because of the 4 things that I wrote here. The receptionist refused to give me my money back. I asked him to call the owner and explain all the problems I had had. He also refused to reimburse me. So if you want to stay there be advised that they are not honest.

Es un hotel ideal para pernoctar que cuenta con los servicios básicos. Ideal para ir con amistades y/o familia.

Me encanta este hotel porque está frente a la playa al igual la alberca. En zona comercial con comidas de todo tipo. Y su precio es económico con buen servicio y atención de los recepcionistas, chava y chavo muy amables.

No me gustó nada, sabanas super viejas y manchadas, colchas mugrosas, toallas super viejas y percudidas y no hay para secar manos, no hay estacionamiento, tienen unbrefrigerador viejo lleno de oxido en el pasillo que todo el dia y la noche tace mucho ruido y no duermes, las almuadas y colchon duros, amaneci muy adolorida de la espalda, y varato no es el horel, esta para que te cobren $300 y no $1500 la noche, MUY MALO, NO LO RECOMIENDO.

Huele feo, muy descuidado, la atención muy lenta y burocrática al momento del check in y check out, demasiadas prohibiciones desde que llegas, con infinidad de letreros prohibiendo muchas cosas Incluso haciendo mucho referencia que la salida no es a las 12 si no antes
