Shiplap details, coastal chic decor throughout, dining table seating for 8, barstool breakfast bar seating for 4, fully equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms with private porches accessible from each room, Tommy Bahama bath products, Wall mounted flat screened tvs in each bedroom and a 82 in TV in the living area. Bedroom 2 includes Queen size bed, 42 in smart TV, balcony access with garden views. Bedroom 3 (we call it the "bunk room") includes 2 sets of Bunk beds (perfect for the kids or fishing mates), 42 in wall mounted smart Tv, balcony access with garden views.

Amazing stay!
From the location to the views to the villa itself, everything was just so special and beautiful! This was our third time to Marathon but first time staying here and we are already working on our next trip! Thank you for the sweetest memories!

Keys trip
We absolutely loved our stay in Marathon! Sitting on the rocking chairs every evening watching the sunset was my favorite part Our host was very responsive and easy to work with. We love this whole area and will definitely be back!

Isla Marlin 28 2024
We had an amazing time staying here. This is my second visit to this resort but a different unit. Loved this one so much better!!! Impressed with all the extras the owners left for us to start our vacation!! Very thankful for them supplying trash bags, dish soap and dishwasher tabs!!! That’s a huge plus. All the bathrooms had all the necessary toiletries. Kitchen was well stocked! Living room was very spacious and comfortable for us all of us to relax in the evening. We also enjoyed sitting outside on both balconies viewing the water. Definitely would stay here again!!!

Great stay
We had a wonderful experience staying here over spring break. The property was just as described, and the owners went above and beyond to make sure we had everything that we needed! Can’t wait to come back!

Marvelous in Marathon
The place was fabulous! With 7 in our group the bunk beds gave everyone a bed. Hard to find in any other rental in Indigo Reef that allows pets. The townhouse itself is accommodating to game nights around the table to family movies with space for everyone to sit. We had a wonderful time with no issues. I would highly recommend this place. The owners are also great to work with. Lovely experience all around!
