We have been coming to this hotel on and off since 2006 it use to be the cleanest and most friendly hotel. What we have found in this trip is a hotel that is charging top rates but the facilities are tired and a lot of the staff appear to be not bothered and unfriendly. Our first room had damaged furniture and cracked tiles but we were moved at 4am in the morning, due to the noise coming from the adjoining room. We were moved to the top floor and given a suite. This appeared to be ok until I went to open the patio door from the living room and this was sealed shut with duct tape and the handle removed. The patio from the bedroom had weeds growing and the floor was wearing away. The bar, restaurant and reception areas are soulless. No one greets you anymore it like everyone is trying to be cool and miserable. They use to have a fantastic cocktail / piano bar where guests and locals would meet up on an evening but now it’s only worth getting a drink and taking it to your room. Very sad to see what was a great hotel just surviving as it is beach front. Lastly the hotel tried to charge me for 4 breakfasts which were included in our booking and would only remove once I showed them my booking confirmation.

Took over 4 hours to get our room. The room wasn't what we booked. Hotel was old looking and under staffed. Hotdogs at the pool took 2 hours and showed up cold and rubbery. 360 grill was over priced and not clean dinning room was very hot. Staff were overwhelmed and NOT helpful

Understaffed,old, run down and over priced. It too 5 yup 5 hours to get our room. The reservation was messed up I was supposed to be on high floor with adjoining room. I was placed on 1st floor when I complained I was given 2 rooms on different floors then finaly 2 room on 5th floor. So many people there very upset at both check in and out. People waiting even longer than me for their rooms. Ordered food at pool and it took 2 hours for cold rubbery hot dog. Terrible. 360 grill was over priced and dirty. Terrible Terrible time. Also the bed was so hard we couldn't even sleep.

The tub stopper was not attached and the tub was so dirty and the room wasn’t cleaned well, but we had to stay and the front desk workers were okay, they did not inform us that parking is $40 extra a day. The pool Chairs were old, the bar staff is not very attentive. All around not worth the price.

OUR LAST TIME AT A HILTON, Horrible staff! They'll use every chance to take your money. Upon check-in they request one of the highest "incidentals" fee $125 per DAY (higher than low end hotels with high risk guests). What they NEVER told us was that they would use that for a $40 parking fee DAILY, and a $20 resort fee DAILY. When I expressed my dissatisfaction for not being told during check-in I said "you guys are full of surprises, eh?", to which the manager in charge dismissively answered "I know, right?" and simply stayed quiet. When inquiring more, she simply said "it is must be written where you booked". Not only that was uncomfortable, but when my wife asked for the WiFi at the lobby the assistant wouldn't give it to her because our room was not ready yet! She claimed that after 4 pm we could get access to the password! RIDICULOUS! she only accepted to give her the password after fearignly looking at the manager and getting a nod from her. Lastly, she would not let my wife know when the room was ready, she said that only through SMS, but I had left the hotel for a meeting so there was no way she would know. The name of the manager in charge at check-in and check-out was Ana from Mexico and the assistant was a young lady with southeast Asia appearance.

We absolutely loved it. Our family had a wonderful time.
