The room was very clean and tidy. Although the location is not in Venice city centre but it’s only a 10-15 mins bus ride there so it’s not too bad.

The hotel is a bit on the old side, really needs a revamp! It is good value for money with the option to have a super breakfast at their sister hotel across the road at only €5 per person! Great location but the neighborhood is terrible which is a real shame. Don't follow Google maps from the station as it takes you through a very unsafe underpass... Drug ******* shooting up and strange people. Use the exit from below the platforms of the station, direction illoa I think it's called, then the hotel is about 2 minutes away. You can get a bus or tram to and from the centre of Mestre and also to Venice. Just ask the super helpful and lovely staff, they will put you in the right direction!

To nie są standardowe pokoje, chyba, że szare mydło to zestaw kosmetyków a widok na sąsiednie okna, to widok na miasto. Recepcja nieprzyjemna. Hotel po drugiej stronie ulicy. Strasznie głośno. Nie da się spać. Nigdy więcej tu nie przyjadę.

İtalya turu başlamadan önce bu otel hakkında küçük bir araştırma yapmıştım. Fakat bu kadar kötü olabileceğini birebir görünce anlamış oldum. Venedik’ten önce kaldığımız otellerden sonra bu otel açıkçası hayal kırıklığı oldu. Öncelikli olarak odalar çok küçük ve temizlik kötü. Bakımsızlıkta cabası. Odada gardrop ve çekmeceli Komodin yok. Kıyafetlerinizi ve eşyalarınızı koyabileceğiniz hiçbir şey yok. Onun için olsa gerek iki tane valiz sehpası koymuşlar. Küçücük masamsı bir şey var o da sallanıyordu. Odanın duvarına safe box’ı monte etmişler. Beni çok güldürdü. Allah’tan yataklar temizdi. Görüntüsü yastığımsı incecik bir şey vardı. Banyo bakımsız ve kötüydü. Tek olumlu yanı suyun sıcaklığıydı. Duşakabin minyatür ötesi küçüktü. Kahvaltı tam bir fiyasko idi gestapo subayı gibi bir restoran görevlisi sürekli olarak bizimle tartıştı. Bundan sonra önceden kalınacak otel belli olmadan tur satın almayacağım. Çünkü oteller tur satın alındıktan sonra gitmeye çok yakın bildiriliyor.

Se per motivi di lavoro doveste trovarvi a dormire a Venezia Mestre...scappate da questo hotel, dove il letto è sfondato, le prese di corrente mal funzionanti, ogni parte dell'hotel maleodorante, sporca, rovinata, dove non troverete un bidet, con doccia col cavo rotto, dove la colazione non è inclusa... E il bello è che si spaccia per un tre stelle!!! Ma vergognatevi!
