North facing warm and bright shack that makes the most of the sun all year. Large louvres capture sea breezes throughout the building. It is situated opposite a reserve with dirt bike paths, the house is 200m walking distance to the two main beaches with a quiet off-road walking path directly in front of the property that cuts through to the popular penguin point beach. There is a large deck to enjoy the surrounding natural vegetation equipped with festoon lighting. You might say hello to our resident sleepy lizards and local family of emus.
Recommend children above 2 yrs due to deck heights and outside stairs.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.Please note the decks have an approx 60cm drop off.About checkIn:Check in after 2:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.

Relaxing and rejuvenating
Loved the relaxed calm nature of house with everything one needs for a holiday. Very comfortable and well appointed. Liked it being private from other houses with the bush surrounds. Peaceful.Thank you Jane

Perfect Place to get away
Absolutely fantastic in every way. Clean comfortable, exceeded expectations. Thank you, this little 'shack' is the perfect place to stay and unwind with family and friends. Loved the themes through out. Felt quite at home, will stay again.
