Close to the sea, in a quiet and relaxing area, luxurious villa with fully independent private swimming pool, unoccupied ground floor with * beach-style garden *. House upstairs with all comforts. The fully secure residence with alarm and camera, safe, internet connection + Free Wi-fi, Canalsat with French channels + cinema. Fully air-conditioned, comprising entrance hall, living room, dining room, separate fitted kitchen. (sheets and towels provided), 1 baby bed, walk-in closet, 2 toilets, shower room, 2 terraces with sea view and casuarinas, private parking, land of 600 m² enclosed and planted with trees.
Possibility of meals on order. Your first evening meal on arrival will be offered to you by the owner.
Airport / villa transfer possible and car rental at your disposal.
Preferential rate for minimum stay 1 month.
The 'Villa Santa' is located on the northwest coast of Mauritius, 35 km from Plaisance Ssr airport - 3 minutes from Trou aux Biches - 5 minutes from Mont Choisy - 10 minutes from Grand Baie - 20 minutes of the capital Port-louis.
