Take a stroll on the Hammond trail to the Mad River Bluffs just 5 minutes away. Both of the units of the duplex function as vacation rentals, and both have separate driveways, garages, and fenced yards for maximum privacy.All of the rooms, except one, have fully-loaded TV's with most every streaming service you could ask for, comfortable bedding and linens. The primary suite consists of a king-size bed, and the two other bedrooms have both a full and queen-size bed to fit all of the guests in your party, as well as spacious closets to store your belongings during your stay. The bathroom is just off of the hallway that leads to the bedroom areas, and a half bath is located just off of the kitchen. Guests will also have access to the locked garage where some supplies and the bbq will be stored during your stay.Other things to noteDue to the rural area surrounding the house, we were not able to get high speed internet, but we do have good wifi, with a download speed of 27 Mbps. We ask that you limit excessive use of streaming and other types of scenarios that may drain our 350 gb a month plan. We also do not guarantee free firewood during your stay.
