1st time staying there.. Like the location.. near to Berastagi Supermarket and eatery. Security was top notch. Love the Blue Bird taxi standby .... Front desk is very professional.. Cleanliness of Housekeeping is good and efficient Facility is decent, room for improvement on keeping and maintain the place... Only upset during the stay was the restaurant... Service not top notch to brand name.. Opted for the pre dawn / Sahur breakfast... Very much disappointment on selection, quantity and quality. Top up very late.. n the egg station.. need to let the staff go for training..

Everything is great for the hotel. We can see the hotel is aged but it's more than made up by the good maintenance, thus retaining it's lavishness. However there really isn't nothing interesting nearby and the road in front are way to busy for any pedestrians walking

Centrally located. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast spread can be better but just okay.

First time in this hotel is not in the center of town but is accessible still. Breakfast is normal. Hotel room is normal. With this price no complaint.

Noise sound from the building generator

Looks grand hotel from Marriot… but - not helpful although we are their group members… but to the politic figures also staying there special treatment… - I just request away from noise but they intentionally subject me to more noises. STRESSED!!!! - the bed are small. - the toilet only overhead shower. - no shaver and no comb… - the fridge not cold… - the breakfast food so…so… food not hot and are hard… food not replenish immediately… the only nice food is the Lontong Medan… - the bar serve margarita was bad… For me, I will skip this hotel where possible… unless there are no more better hotel…

Booked 2 executive suite x2 nights for an affordable price. Basic hotel under the the Marriott brand. Location not that great as compared to other hotels in Medan City Centre, not walking distance to any amenities/convenience stores. Security was great as expected, so you’ll be safe staying here. Checked in at 5.30pm yet one out of two rooms was still not ready. The bathtub was dirty with hair and dirt on it, probably due to housekeeping rushing to clean rooms. There is banks directly in the hotel facility, so if you need to withdraw cash it is very convenient. Overall: 2.5/5

One of their staff not helpful. Got bad view from room. Breakfast lack of variety and tasteless. Fridge not function at all.

Rooms nearer to the roads are quite noisy, get a different room if you are a light sleeper. Other than that, it’s an okay hotel.

Rooms are big, clean, safe. Water is hot with good pressure. Room Amenities are nice. I felt safe and didn't have any issues with the hotel. Food is not bad, cannot complain. At the end of the day, it's a 4* hotel in Medan, so if you manage your expectations accordingly, it's perfectly fine. Location is a little far away from everything else, and traffic is always a problem

Came for a vacation but booked a business room because there was no other room avaiable. This is a Sheraton hotel ... it has all the standards associated with the Sheraton group. Everything is in the right place. Breakfast was great. Once you walk in, you have the feeling of coming home.
