Incredible value for the money! Best location in Poblado, and wonderful staff!

Great hotel. Enjoyed my stay here very much. The roof top terrace was nice too.

New and funky hotel/hostel right next to the delights of calle 10. Will stay here again.

Wspaniały hotel w super lokalizacji. Korzystałem każdego dnia ze śniadań w dobrej cenie i z wycieczek organizowanych przez hotel. Można je zarezerwować w recepcji nawet nie znając hiszpańskiego bo obsługa dobrze mówi po angielsku! Bardzo polecam!

Sono stata poco tempo in questo ostello però posso dire che la camerata, anche se con tanti letti, è ben divisa e bene organizzata. Buona vibe nell’ostello e struttura e servizi buoni pure. Rispetto al poblano, è bene ubicato. Non lontano dal centro città.

Great location in a very vibrant and walkable district. The hostel is new with a urban/industrial design. Most of the staff spoke English which was very helpful as my Spanish is not so good. Rooftop drinks were expensive for a hostel as you could buy beer at restaurants for cheaper. A staff member signed me up for a tour but neglected to tell me it was in Spanish which was a little frustrating.

A++++. These guys were not only cheap but provided an excellent environment to stay in with even better customer service. After having been denied a paid check-in with the terrible Diex Hotel, I was able to check in with these guys with no problem. I can't recommend them enough and they are conveniently located near Provenza in Medellin. Will come back again whenever I fly to Medellin again.

What a great experience. We booked a single room up high floors and the experience was amazing. First thing to mention is the check-in experience. Staff made a huge effort to speak Portuguese when I speak Spanish and English perfectly, just to make me feel at home. They gave me a really nice room, with huge windows and a spacious bathroom, as big as the bedroom itself. Breakfast is a bit disappointing but it's something I don't mind. Also we had a half-price beer at the rooftop where you can see everything. I had a great time there, indeed. The hotel is also situated in the best part of the city. Many restaurants, bars, pubs... many options for leisure around.

A day after we had done check in (payed in advance for all nights and given them all the info they needed) they came into our room when we weren’t there and took all our belongings that were on the bed to the lobby and started changing our sheets, they basically decided on their own that they are doing check out for us when we payed 6 nights in advance. We were given no apology, were showed no compassion, and when we asked to speak to the manager, they said he would not be available for the entire rest of our stay and we were offered a free beer from the bar as compensation for invading our privacy and taking our belongings. Another night I was hanging out in a friends room. At around 12am, the security guard came into the room and told me that I am not a guest of the hostel and that if I don’t come to the lobby right now he will call the police on me. I showed him my Jo and Joe wristband and the key to my room, and he continued threatening to call the police on me. I went downstairs with him and showed him I am a paying costumer, in return I got no apology, no compensation, and no compassion for the rude and embarrassing way he interrupted my plans at an unreasonable hour in front of all my friends.

Very nice discovery during our trip to Colombia. The hostel offers cozy clean rooms, and the whole hostel is nicely colorful. I liked the decoration in the shared area. It is possible to have a nice breakfast or a meal. There is also a rooftop bar that we didn't get the chance to discover, maybe next time.

Roof top bar is a vibe. The drinks, food and music were amazing. It's a great place to hang out and meet people. The rooms are clean, spacious and affordable. Each floor is designed differently with artwork unique to each floor. I will definitely be visiting again.
