Я забронировал и думаю, что это близко к хараму, но это довольно далеко, вам придется взять что-то около 4-5 км пешком до харам и джанатул баки. Не бронируйте, если вы не любите ходить пешком или если вы пожилой человек.

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights for Umrah in January 25. Our room had no towels or tea making facilities on arrival. The phone to reception, and the desk drawer, wall lights were all broken. I took me three visits down to the reception just to get towels delivered. No cleaner came in the room during our three day stay. In the end we had to leave our rubbish in bags outside the door. The room was cold and thermostat could not be adjusted to warm the room. The wiring joins covered by tape looked dangerous, and in some of the other rooms the water was not warm enough. Bottom line is, this hotel should not have been sold to us as a 4 star offering we paid for. It was more like 2 star!! On the plus side breakfast was good.

I stayed at Zowar International Hotel Madinah from 6th to 10th January 2025, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The hotel is incredibly old and poorly maintained, and the issues were endless. The beds were rubbish—uncomfortable and clearly in dire need of replacement. The bathroom was the main disaster. I stayed on the 10th floor, and both the sink tap and the shower were leaking. After multiple complaints, nobody cared or even attempted to fix the issues. The reception staff, in particular, were unhelpful and seemed completely uninterested in customer service. I booked a room for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids) but was shocked to find only 3 single beds in the room. When I went to the reception to point out the issue, I was told to wait for the manager. The manager eventually arrived and, instead of addressing the problem professionally, asked me, “What’s your problem?” This was beyond disrespectful and demonstrated their lack of basic hospitality skills. After much back-and-forth, they gave me another room with 4 single beds, but it wasn’t any better—old, uncomfortable beds and the same leaking bathroom issues. The only saving grace was the housekeeping staff, who were kind and tried their best to help by providing towels for the wet bathroom area. Unfortunately, their efforts were overshadowed by the complete lack of care and competence from the reception and management. Despite staying for 5 nights, no one bothered to fix any of the problems. This hotel is an absolute joke when it comes to maintenance and customer service. I would strongly advise avoiding Zowar International Hotel Madinah unless they undergo a major renovation and train their staff to respect and care for their guests.

Thw worse ever experience Windows can’t be closed fully So just like living in the street It was cold asked for blanket they ignored to proved me ..after 3 times they gave the.blanket and the AC is not working Rude workers all of them 1 star is more than enough for this place Dirty all over rhe place In the same location you can’t get cheaper hotels and more decent place

When I read the reviews I was worried to stay at Zowar. We came from Makkah and reached the hotel at 12pm. I checked in and immediately got a room. Our bags were brought up together. The room I got on the 7th floor looks nice. The toilet is okay. I was nervous because the reviews given about the room were bad but overall it is not that bad as describe. The breakfast spread was acceptable. Quite a variety of stuff to choose from. The lift was fast. The cafe and the restaurant was a convenience. Overall my Stay at Zowar International was pleasant.
