Hotel location & Room cleaning servicewas excellent,,especially housekeeping staff and supervisor was so friendly and helpful to us so i recommend Frontel Al Harithia to everybody for safe and comfort stay in madina munawara haram region.

Alhamdullilh it's always my wish staying in this hotel. As it has a nearest approach to haram. Moreover it's mangment is very cooperative and well mannered. Rooms and services are perfect and properly managed and cleaned. It has good food options.

Everything is fantastic. Reception, rooms, restaurants...etc but the most amazing one is staff 😍 👌 👏 They are dealing very friendly and kindly with all guests whatever they are or thier mode... I loved the egg cooker Asgor so much, he is dealing professional with all orders on time and respond positively to all requests also all restaurant team are doing great with us I mean all of them and recall Nidris Mia, Waiter, just because his name came to my mind but the whole staff are really great and looks like you are keen in people selection and well trained.... Sorry for the long written but loved you all guys... Wish you all the best and looking forward to coming back 😀 😊

Visited with my husband and two children aged 15 and 10, along with my parents and my grandmother. We had two connecting rooms and this was perfect for us to be able to have plenty of room but also easily spend time together. The hotel is located within a 5 minute walk of masjid Al Nabi and we were very impressed with it. Check in was smooth and painless. Our room were ready and in the correct configuration. They were clean, modern and spacious. The staff were all pleasant and big shout out and appreciation to all the cleaning staff, very hard working and thorough. The WiFi was fast and easily accessible. There was plenty of storage space, the bathroom was well appointed, there was a safe and a fridge. Basic toiletries were provided as well as a hairdryer. Breakfast was included and we really enjoyed the variety and especially the Karak chai at the end. There is an omelette station, pancakes, pastries. Hot and cold buffet. Lots of cakes and yogurts, fresh fruit. Again the staff very pleasant and helpful. We did not eat any main meal at the hotel. It was quite pricey, we did have ice creams and snacks from the cafe on the ground floor. The lifts were plentiful but did become very busy during namaaz time which is understandable. The staff did try their best to ensure some level of organisation but sad to say some of the guests really lose all sense of decency. Both here in Madina and in Makkah I am amazed at the complete lack of simple courtesy or repect for ladies or children. Even people in wheelchairs being shoved and pushed. Not the hotels fault, I simply mention it so generally people can be aware. It is located in an ideal location near to the ladies gate and we found it to be a good location for shops and restaurants also. Would be happy to stay again.

Amazing staff at all levels nothing is too much trouble along with the location to Haram and all amenities close by Hotel breakfast is well catered for at all levels and from our visit last year they have increased it further. The rooms have mini fridge bathrooms have toiletries rooms are cleaned daily The reason for a 4 star is 1.bathroom needs updating 2. Guests eating in hotel reception/ lobby why ? When you have a room it’s very unprofessional it’s not cleaned up attracts flies not a place you would like to sit and relax in evening as it’s taken up guests eating and their rowdy which is a shame as it’s such a lovely reception area if hotel was to allow guests to eat besides room then on the table and chairs in the cafe area Where are the guests suppose to sit in evening when sofas are occupied with guests eating?????
