In the district of Poira di Fuori 4.5 km from the centre of Mello, 9 km from the centre of Poira, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, along the wooded area, south facing position. Private: large garden (not fenced) with lawn and trees, lawn for sunbathing. Pergola, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis. Motor access (300 m via unmade road, mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. 50 m steep footpath to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket 4.5 km, restaurant 4.5 km, bar 4.5 km. Nearby attractions: Morbegno 13 km, Val di Mello 21 km, Fly Emotion (Zipline) 23 km, Ponte Tibetano Ponte nel Cielo 30 km, Sondrio 39 km, Train Bernina Express: Tirano-St Moritz 64 km. This house is one of the most stunning expierences you can get at Lake Como. The view is even more beautiful then the pictures show. The house itself is cosy and has a nice property around it. There is a small vegetable garden that we were allowed to get
