This home is located in the trendy Mud Island area. This 2 story 1,688 Sq ft. home is the ideal spot for a group of friends the amazing area.
The first floor welcomes you with a master bed room with a (King size bed) and private bath, living room, kitchen, office (with blowup mattress ) Guest bedroom( Queen Bed) , 2 baths, and a patio. The second floor is an oversized room with one queen beds and a sofa that makes out to a queen bed. The Entire house sleeps 1-8 guests if needed. --4PM CHECK IN // 10AM CHECK OUT // UNLESS DISCUSSED AND AGREED UPON BEFORE HAND :)About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.500 fine for smoking in the property.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:No events allowed.No parties or events... very strict.

In town for graduation
We stayed at this house when we moved our son in for college 4 years agoAnd now we were here to celebrate his graduation Come full circle Everything worked out great

Everything was great i just think the trees need a little trimming it was drawing lots of Mosquito
Everything thing was nice besides the smell out front. I font know what it was but everyone Enjoyed the house and yes i would stay there again and we loved the location

Neatness
House inside and out was not well kept. Not as it looked online. Was only three of us but it was booked for 5. Would not been good for that many people. Hall bath was very hard to navigate. I will choose a well know hotel next time

Memphis Trip
The house was great. Plenty of space, upscale neighborhood. Easy access to beale street by uber. Highly recommend. House was well stocked with paper towels. Toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher and laundry soap.
