Muy lindo y prolijo. El desayuno fue increible, la atencion tambien. Muy contenta. Quisiera volver en algun momento!!!!

Initially I was in a room which was extremely cramped (I am a slim person and had trouble moving between the bed and the desk), the A/C did not work, the fan did not work, the seal on the glass door did not work - which flooded the bathroom, the vent in the bathroom did not work. After having to plead with the front desk staff for a different room and bring up the website which says that there are A/C and working fans, which was initially dismissed by the staff, I was moved to a different room which had all of the same issues except the fan in this room did work. Unfortunately the new room did not have any outdoor space and the vent for my room was located next to the plumbing for what I can only assume was the entire hotel because the sound of water moving was constant. I was informed by the staff that the A/C was not turned on - so that was an outright lie in advertising; then told by the staff to open my window if I wanted cooler air; when I opened my window while taking a shower, about 45 bugs entered my room and were on the ceiling so I was not able to kill them and had to have them in my room for the rest of my stay. On top of all of this, I had a stay with 2 rooms for a total of 17 nights and the staff would not give me any bottles of water that are part of the rewards program. I was point blank told by the staff that if I checked out and checked back in that I could then have the water, as it would only be rewarded during my next stay, but not during.

Smart, beautifully decorated and comfortable hotel. All the staff were welcoming and helpful. Very comfortable bed. Easy walk into centre of Mahon. Only negatives were that the restaurant menu was the same each of 3 nights we were there and the spa was disappointing I.e. steam room was not functioning and some of pool water features were not working.

Very friendly staff,renovated recently. We didnt like the wall seing like carboard,next room shower sound like is inside ours. The noise coming from upstair room was loud and late night. Not the quiet hotel we use to stay.

We had 4 nights at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. All other areas in the hotel were very nicely decorated. There was a good choice of food at breakfast. The hotel is a short 10 minute walk to the main bars & restaurants. There is lots of parking around the hotel & if you can't find a space then the car park is 20 Euros. There are steps leading down to the harbour where you will also find restaurants.

tExcellent hotel well run establishment any quires were dealt with promptly.nice and clean and safe it had a good ambience to it also well maintained nice and clean at the pool too.Breakfast was excellent a good seection for you to try accompanied by a spectacular view .It was possible to seat inside or outside too .

What a fantastic hotel. Very well finished and absolutely spotless. Someone has taken great care to ensure the hotel looks 5*. We had a premium garden room with balcony and sunbeds, walk in shower,hairdryer fridge and flat screen tv. All the staff really good and friendly. 10/10 for us.

I was pleasantly surprised at the appearance of the building and the excellent location. Just a 10 min walk to town and easy access to the quayside and another route into town, although there were quite a few step via the quay, however there is a lift at the town end. The staff were very friendly and helpful and most spoke a little English. Pool area was clean and there was a small snack bar and plenty of loungers and free use of towels. My room was excellent, it was a premium terrace with sea view (i.e. a harbour view). My only slight criticism was the continuous noise you could hear on the balcony from a ship on the other side of the harbour. It wasn't there every day, and unless you spend all day on your balcony it shouldn't be a problem. One other tiny comment would be for them to change the classical music that plays in the restaurant and around the pool. I think it's supposed to be relaxing, but it was a little depressing. I would certainly return to this hotel if I could get a similar room. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
