Ужасный опыт, приложение забронировало худший номер в отеле, мы заплатили за номер с балконом, а нам дали мини-номер с видом на ужасную постройку, из-за которой мы не могли спать, нас обманули, хотели украсть еще деньги от нас, чтобы поменять нам номер получше, за который мы уже заплатили и которого у них тоже не было в наличии, все обслуживание было ужасным и отвратительным, с нас взяли плату за две ночи за номер с балконом и дали нам ванная комната, они испортили день рождения моей дочери

Менеджер на стойке регистрации был не очень дружелюбным. Завтрак был ужасным, сладкие кукурузные лепешки были ооочень сладкими, а сыр был странным на вкус. Номер с кроватью размера «king-size» выходил на парковку. Телевизор не может транслировать ничего, только местные телеканалы. Отель предложил нам путешествовать с собственным Року. Довольно забавно в 2024 году.

Я не был доволен своим пребыванием в Хилтоне. Я доплатил за балкон и изначально хотел вид на океан. Когда я вошел в комнату, я смотрел на строящуюся парковку. Мы также были в углу холла, где, как я полагаю, была дверь, ведущая на другой этаж, и каждый раз, когда дверь открывалась, она скрипела и разбудила мою жену. Бассейн был в порядке. Но Сервис был хорош. Что касается уборки, никто никогда не приходил в комнату для уборки, но два человека дважды заходили в нашу комнату. В первый раз мы легли, встали и ушли и сказали ей, что уходим, и она может убрать, и она сказала, что мы должны сообщить об этом на стойке регистрации. Так что не совсем понимаю, почему она вообще вошла в комнату. В целом я не остался доволен и больше здесь не остановлюсь.

"Jonathan was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I met him, he was incredibly friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions about the beach setup and made sure I had the perfect spot – sunny with a bit of shade. I was impressed with how easily he set up the umbrella, even though chairs were included with my hotel stay. He explained that the additional cost for the umbrella would cover me for the entire day. I never felt like I was asking too much, and he always had a smile on his face. If you're heading to the beach, be sure to ask for Jonathan. He'll make your day at the beach unforgettable!"

Be aware of extra fees after checking out. They charge me $79.80 for lodging (not sure what does it mean even). Shower had mold, pool was dirty. Food variety very poor. No way that I am coming back there!!! Oh, I forgot about constructions on the side

Clean, professional, relaxing. This hotel was perfect for a midweek getaway. Service was five star and we enjoyed every second of the trip. We stayed in a balcony room on the 6th floor with ocean views. Amazing views of the ocean and pool. Could really hear the waves hitting the shore, especially at night.

I was spending the day at the beach and Donavan took great care of me. He answered all my questions and was awesome!!! He gave me the best seat at the beach!!! I love that I have a comfy spot on the beach with towels, umbrella and chairs. I even ordered food on the beach. Can’t wait to come back to this spot. It’s super dreamy!

Adriana made our night at the restaraunt. Just ask for her. Period. Jonathan was great! He gave us an explanation of the beach chairs. I really enjoyed how the pool staff were able to bring us a towel when they ran out. Towels were promised to be brought straight to our chairs. That was accommodating.

The stay was great!! The hotel and our room was very clean and we had no problems. Totally enjoyed the bar and the bartender was very friendly. The 2 pool areas were nice and we were able to walk to the beach from the back of the hotel (2mins walk). I enjoyed my stay!!!

Such a nice place to stay at. It’s a beautiful beach-front property with nice amenities. It has 2 pools, one on the ground and a bigger one on the 3rd floor. All the staff were super friendly and nice. Especial shout out to Gabriela (Front Desk agent) and Daniel? (Front Desk Supervisor) for being so amazing and welcoming. It was my companion’s Birthday and they had a little set up in the room which was a nice touch. We liked this property so much that we ended up extending our stay one more day. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting.

I want to stay a week en in Hilton Miami Beach, I 100% recommend the hotel and Adriana's attention, who was super special during my stay.Very good facilities bar restaurant pool access to the beautiful beach. One of the things I liked the most is that the shopping centers are close.

Celebrated my husband‘s birthday here, We booked a group of rooms and stayed for four days with family and friends. We had a great time! Our beachfront room was awesome! The first day we took an Uber to a local Cuban restaurant, which was authentic and good. On Saturday we spent the day at the hotel’s beach area. We were able to easily claim chairs and spend the day. Later we went to the upstairs pool, which was clean and warm. Saturday night we had the birthday dinner party in the bar/restaurant area. We had the Caribbean menu. The food was good, the chicken was great! We played our own music, complete with microphone, and even room to set up a photo booth, plus the bartender was on point with the speciality cocktails! We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and we really loved this part of Miami, Right on the beach, quieter than the hustle of South Beach, good neighborhood restaurants.
