If any damages occur or extra cleaning is needed, there might be some charges. Climate & Bugs: Miami’s tropical weather is amazing, but it brings warm temperatures and some lively wildlife. We treat the property regularly to keep it pest-free, and we’d appreciate your help by disposing of trash regularly.
