Surpassed highest expectations, simply beautiful with quality and design care at every step. Memen (typo), manages this place with happiness, efficiency and passion, just a joy. From quality bed linen. thick, fluffy towels, great smelling toiletries, of course smart TV. Central eaterie open from 8.30am to 6pm well used by non residents, fabulous shady spot. Rooms with private terrace (excl suite) share a terrace (dedicated area) so misleading. Rooftop terrace 99% complete and with a tidy would be a useful fabulous communal area for resident guests to enjoy the sun/outdoors. Would take a day to complete or less.

A really lovely modern hotel but quaint, and right in the centre of Mijas. We had a balcony room which was lush, but being in the Main Street it was noisy and I personally found the bed uncomfortable. The staff was lovely, and the breakfast was again lovely. Can’t fault this hotel, and also has a roof terrace to relax and soak up the sunshine. If we are ever back in mijas we will definitely return here. 5 stars all the way, and trust me I’m not easily pleased on hotels and service. Fantastic all round.!

We stayed here for an overnight at this lovely little hotel. It is immaculate with really stylish decor. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were very friendly. They were offering free bottles of water and a selection of fresh fruit at the mini bar, too. We would definitely recommend it and hope to stay there again.

This hotel is an absolute jem! Situated in the heart of the charming picturesque village of Mijas, with restaurants and bars minutes away. The hotel is beautifully furnished and the rooms are lovely and bright with everything you need. Breakfast was also great. I would definitely return and would recommend anyone visiting Mijas pueblo to stay here.

Fantastic hotel with friendly staff in a great location. We had room 8, which was more of a studio apartment. Very large with a fully equiped kitchen, most of which we did not use. The shower was excellent. The bath towels were top quality as was everything in the apartment. Very modern and exceptionally clean. The bed was a bit hard for me so dont book this room if you like a soft mattress. Breakfast was different. Not your usual breakfast, more of a healthy choice I would say. You could choose from 4 options, all of which I tried and enjoyed. You can eat breakfast in the courtyard or inside in the cafe. Both areas can be used by the general public not just hotel guests but is open to the general public from 10am to 5pm. The hotel is attached to a cafe, which is where you check in, a little odd, but we were welcomed by Juan Luis with a complimentary drink and a wealth of knowledge on the best places to eat. The staff, Marmen, Sara and Christina were just lovely, so helpful and friendly. I think the hotel lacks a communal lounge but other than that I would stay again and would recommend.

Welcoming and friendly staff. Newly built design hotel behind an authentic traditional Spanish facade in the most beautiful parts of Mijas. Our room is absolutely fantastic with wonderful interior details. The breakfast is one of the best I have ever experienced. I guess you can't find a better place to stay here.

Really lovely hotel, in a fantastic position in Mijas Pueblo. Fabulous breakfast, all fresh, plentiful and delicious. Helpful and friendly staff and the hotel is sparkling clean. We had a junior suite and made use of the kitchen, tho there are so many eateries around, it’s not really necessary. There is a terrace in the roof as well, which we made use of for a bit of down time in the sun, though it’s not completely up and running at the moment. Sure it will be fantastic in the spring and summer.

Mijas Pueblo is lovely and worth a night or two in the town. We were so pleased with our choice of the Opuntia and stayed in the large apartment no.8. The hotel is right next to the quieter Plaza de la Constitucion, a short walk to anything you might wish to see in Mijas Pueblo, including the best views from the nearby Church and Bull Ring just up the road. The apartment we stayed in was spacious and very clean and well-maintained. The people at the hotel are kind and helpful - with four beautifully curated breakfast options made with love and care which you can order the night before. This must be a lovely place to stay in summer too, with plenty of internal space on terraces offering shade from the sun. We enjoyed the blue skies of winter, and a peaceful sleepier town at night.

Fantastic central location but don’t try to drive to the front door. Park at nearby Plaza Virgin de La Peña Parking. A short work including stairs. Rooms very clean and modern. Comfortable bed and good shower. Good breakfast and friendly service.
