Прекрасный персонал и выдающийся декор.

Исключительный отель и обслуживание! Красиво оформленный и очень приятный. Расположен в районе Навильи, вдали от толпы, но в то же время в нескольких минутах ходьбы от Дуомо и других достопримечательностей. Рядом есть много ресторанов, но вы также можете прогуляться до каналов и пообедать среди местных жителей, а также стать частью очаровательной и оживленной ночной жизни Навильи. Мы вернемся!

Это началось в октябре 2024 года. Я направлялся в Милан, и моя мама умерла до того, как я добрался до Нью-Йорка. Я позвонил в отель, чтобы сказать им, что не поеду. Это было за 36 часов до моей отмены за 42 часа. Я забронировал 3 ночи. Они не зачислили мои 3 ночи, сказали, что я могу получить кредит только на 2 ночи, а не полный возврат, и я указал свою первую ночь! Мы наконец-то добрались до Милана. Мы забронировали номер, и я не смог использовать свой кредит, потому что была неделя моды, поэтому мы скорректировали наши дни. Менеджер был крайне высокомерным. В нашем номере НЕТ окон. Не было кондиционера. Я спросил, есть ли у них вентилятор, и они сказали НЕТ! Завтрак был, безусловно, худшим завтраком, который мы ели за всю нашу поездку. Апельсиновый сок даже не был свежим. Ограниченный выбор блюд. Душ был прекрасным! Это была лучшая часть отеля! Мы любим бутик-отели... но не этот!

Детали прекрасны, продуманы и тщательны - с учетом комфорта. Редкий бутик-отель, который выполняет свою миссию, обеспечивая уникальное и запоминающееся пребывание. Обслуживание теплое и очень отзывчивое. Расположение превосходное - вдали от туристического центра, но в пределах легкой прогулки, чтобы осмотреть достопримечательности. Очень рекомендую и вернусь. Обратите внимание, что есть лестницы.

Vico Milano — небольшой очаровательный бутик-отель, прекрасно расположенный в нескольких минутах ходьбы от Миланского собора. Номера безупречно чистые и комфортабельные. Обслуживание безупречное. Утренние континентальные завтраки персонализированы по вашему вкусу. Однако то, что делает это место таким особенным, — это персонал. Все (Роберта, Алессия, Мелисса и Малик) сделали все возможное, чтобы сделать наше пребывание незабываемым. Мы будем скучать по их улыбающимся лицам. (Кто-то еще прокомментировал, что потерял свою ключ-карту от двери и был заперт в своем номере после 7 вечера. Хотя персонал отсутствует после определенного времени, у каждой двери есть клавиатура с возможностью входа без карты с помощью «пин-кода» для вашего номера, который предоставляется отелем по прибытии. Бар также был открыт позже вечером в некоторые ночи для напитков и закусок.)

This is one of the best hotels in Italy I have stayed at. The staff is all so welcoming, from Roberta to Melissa you feel at home. You can tell they run this lovely boutique hotel with heart! Besides the hotel room being so gorgeous, the bed itself was fantastic and we had the best sleep! Can't wait to come back and visit, already missing my stay. Thank you everyone!

We just had a lovely 3-night stay at Vico Milano. The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of the Duomo and other sites. It’s on a busy street, but tucked inside an inner courtyard. As a result, our room and the public spaces in the hotel were perfectly quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom had a large walk-in shower, and was stocked with amenities like Aesop bath products and a Dyson hair dryer. It was very hot when we were in Milan, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The staff is attentive and friendly; they advised us of a train strike so that we could plan a trip to Lake Como, and provided lively conversation during breakfast (grazie, Melissa!). One thing to be aware of is that the staff leaves the hotel at 7 pm. We did not find this a problem. Happy to recommend this small, boutique hotel to everyone.

Vico Milano is beautifully appointed with exceptionally kind and attentive staff. It’s an intimate feel, with only 7 guest rooms, which makes it easy to feel cared for. We loved aperitivo and the breakfast spread, and the extensive guides and recommendations provided by the staff were a nice touch. Highly recommend!

A little gem of a hotel tucked away in the corner of a quiet courtyard in the centre of Milan. Our room was one of 6 stylish suites comprising a mezzanine bedroom above a small sitting room lit from skylights above. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the bathroom tiled in gorgeous dark red tiles and supplied with Aesop products. Everyone who works here was incredibly helpful and ready with recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to try in this wonderful city.

It’s is truly and experience to stay at this small hotel. The rooms are small but in two levels. Very clean and the bathrooms fantastic. Downstairs is the breakfast and bar. Very good both of them and the service is truly amazing with the staff being very energetic and positive. If you like a more at home experience you should stay here!

We hope to be back in Milan soon and when we do, we're staying here again. Everything at the Vico Milano was top notch. The staff is so welcoming and attentive, the hotel is super clean, and aperitivo was 10/10. Location also can't be beat. If you want to be in a spot that's the true Italian experience, stay at this wonderful hotel!

This is a very stylish place. I was lured in by the beautiful entrance and Moroccan tiled bathrooms. The staff is very nice as well. But the room, a so-called suite, was just too small. Essentially a loft bed over a bathroom with one chair facing the front door. It is only a place to sleep, nothing more. My biggest issue was the lack of a proper window. The only outdoor light comes through a small skylight over the bed. It just felt claustrophobic to me. For $350/ night, I think one can do better. The hotel should be more upfront on their website about the window situation.We stayed only one night on our way to the airport so it was ok but I would not stay here again.

We stayed here our first night prior to heading to Lake Garda. This is a special place. From the time I booked, the communication was great. Roberta and Milaka were both amazing hosts. The room design was right up my alley but may not be for everyone given it's two levels. The finishes used throughout the hotel are so awesome! Back to the room....The bathroom was outfitted with great toiletries and the bed was comfy and we slept great! Breakfast in the morning was probably the best hotel breakfast I have yet to enjoy. It was not a buffet but served in a great fashion. As far as location, it's close to the canals with many restaurants. We left in the morning and did not have time to explore much more than that.

Vico Milano is a new, fashionable, modern small hotel on a quiet courtyard (which you enter from a busy street). The people managing the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The suites are beautiful and interesting, on two levels (entry and bathroom on the first floor, bedroom on the second floor). Our suite had all amenities, great air conditioning controls, and a large comfortable bed. The hotel’s living room and bar are on the ground floor of the hotel and are also beautifully decorated with a well-appointed bar. I will note is that because of the stairs in the suite – which are quite steep and do not have a railing – these suites are not for people who may have difficulty going up and down stairs between the bedroom and bathroom. Also, there is no space to relax and stretch out in the room other than on the bed, but the public living room downstairs is very comfortable.
