Indulge Apartments - Ontario

I was charged $50 call out fee for not being able to get into room. I was told it was my fault however I followed Indulge instructions. The room and fob to access the building belongs to the apartment and not me. I was told access to the room was my error. When complained I was accused of being aggressive and have blocked me from all correspondence. I received the below email. I was not aggressive at all, a little frustrated but not aggressive. I have never left a review on any site. My treatment from Indulge apartments leaves me feeling they do not care about customers service. The experience from the beginning was terrible. The rooms are above a medical clinic, I felt like I was in an hospital room. Access to the building was not clear in their instructions. The lighting in bathroom was terrible. The hallway was smelly.. I was woken at 6am by gardeners in their carpark blowing leaves. Never again will I stay in Indulge Apartments. We understand that you did not like your accommodation, and that is your opinion, we have regular return guests that rave about our accommodation, but we understand that we cannot please everyone, however the description of the accommodation and gallery of images are very clear. In regards to the security call-out charge, as per attached our security guard reported that he opened with the guests' fob (yours) and it was user error on your behalf, and as per our terms of stay, any call-outs will be passed onto the guest as we are charged by the security company. Lovely apartment. Large bedroom and lounge area. Kitchen area was slightly cramped but had all the facilities for a short stay. The door was sticking open but this was due to a new rubber seal at the bottom of the door which had only been installed the day before. Staff said they would get it adjusted. Staff came to service the apartment on Sunday morning and were very friendly and helpful.

A little bit odd with people wandering around the car park but other than that it is a great stay.

This accommodation was perfect. Our third hotel on a round trip to the ACT. Blew the others away. Despite no reception it was really good and easy to access. Pleasure to have non slip bathroom floors.

We liked Indulge Apartments because they were away from city noise, it was safe and security was well maintained. The apartments were well maintained and were serviced everyday by a lovely dedicated cleaners who would almost anything to help. I would thoroughly recommend these apartment if they were stopping Mildura.

Apartment was very clean and well presented. Quiet at night and kitchenette had cooking facilities.

The room that I stayed in had: - dust on shelves and exhaust vent (bathroom) - there was hair all through the bed - dishes/utensils were dirty - hair and urine marks in shower - lounge room light was flashing (one of the guest are epileptic so the light was unable to be used) For the amount that was paid and how seriously this accommodation take their bond, I’m quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the room.

We really enjoyed our stay at Indulge. Everything was perfect. Really comfortable bed and great shower. Would definitely stay again.

Property was very nice and quiet with easy parking. Would definitely recommend
