Super 8 by Wyndham Miller

Didn’t stay there because I didn’t feel safe called trip once I arrived and asked for a refund. I booked this hotel for 7 days.The call representatives gave me the run around for 4 days after that I was told they couldn’t give me a refund. I’ve asked to be charged for the 1st day and refunded the rest. How is that fair???? This was my hard earned money and if I don’t feel safe I think I should be refunded my money. I’ll just let my bank handle this because this is fraud obviously!!!!! Being charged for services I didn’t receive!!!!!!!! Before this transaction I’ve booked using Trip.com for several things but I’m done!!!!!!!!

Property was unkept and dirty/messy. Lots of garbage setting around. Breakfast area was not clean and was not open with coffee ready at posted time.

While making reservations, I tried to cancel them so the gal put me on hold for 45 minutes. Little to no water pressure in shower. Breakfast starts at 7:00am, most people are gone by then. Floors were filthy. The bottom level had a horrible odor to it. When making reservations the rooms were switched from $50 a night to $100. While checking in the area behind the desk was filthy and unorganized, had me wondering the condition of the facility. The door to my room would chatter all night waking me up.

Horrible thing at the front desk was bothered that anyone wanted to even check in. The room was even worse I saw mice running and mouse feces everywhere in the room. When I complained about the mice and the feces my reservation was canceled.

Thisn is your avg. Super * stay in the middle of nowhere, with the exception of staff was more friendly here. did not experience breakfast as i slept in. The only cpmplsint i have is that my room had no bathroom linens in it.

Room infested with mice and mice feces! The woman at the front desk was rude and bothered to have anyone staying at the hotel. She told me she didn't know how I was able to make a reservation for 3 weeks and I should have just rented an apartment because she doesn't have the time or room for me. My car and hers were only cars in parking lot when I pulled in and checked out in the morning.

If you are looking for a clean bed in the middle of the nowhere, that's should be an option, even could be the only one in a bunch of miles around. However,I been in worst places for a much more money. In few words, not too bad.
